The corporate agency (capitalism) is much better than the union agency (socialism) if there is no harm of power. Unions benefit the weak worker and come purely short of punishing the strong worker. Unions are somewhat useful within keeping corporations in check, but the nonspecific opinion of the non-union public is that union are greedy and the members own a sense of entitlement.

Unions were formed to protect labor when headship wielded their power unwisely and illegally. Now the unions appear to own more power and they are abusing it.
Knowing how to work near your employees the right method, there would be no have need of to unions. But if done right everyone win.

Even if minimum-price requirements be to hurt retail competition, free-market economists say it doesn't affect competition among brands. No factory owner would want to price itself out of business.

In its opinion, the court found that reasoning to be persuasive, at tiniest in some instances.

Mallory Duncan, nonspecific counsel for the National Retail Federation, said the justices "put a thumb on the scale contained by favor of those manufacturers who would close to to set resale prices.

Both bills were sponsored by Democratic Senator Carter Glass of Lynchburg, Virginia, a former Secretary of the Treasury, and Democratic Congressman Henry B. Steagall of Alabama, Chairman of the House Committee on Banking and Currency.

That is a horrible interrogate. The answer completey depends on what sector you are in. In the service industry human possessions is everything. In the manufacturing industry it is a mix of both. Etc.. etc... etc.. The individual way you can possibly write something coherent is to certificate that the importance varys from business model to business model.
Obviously, it depend on what type of company you are conversation about.

A consulting firm occupied in specialized services would place a premium on talent, i.e.- “the people”.

A sturdy industrial company with low skilled workers would place a convenience on equipment.
you need both, none can work lacking the other. However that doesn't mean they are adjectives equally available. From a management point of spectacle the most scarce resource is the most important/precious.

Basically yes, but only if you are agency. Technically you would be employed by the agency, not the company, so no problem- this happen a lot.
It may be that your redundancy payoff was conditional that you don't work for the company for six months, but this is not applicable if you are 'agency'. In any shield, as you would be at a different depot, it's extremely unlikely that anyone would take issue.
It may merely be worth ringing the HR department of the company though, just to spawn sure they would be ok with it, but that would be more of a courtesy than anything else.
Okay you said redundant. Do you belong to a confederation? If so what is the language surrounded by it? Some contracts have discourse regarding redundancy. I would contact your human resource and find out their policy on relocating.
