Ok, Ive been contained by my position for almost 2 years. I'm a coodinator in a sale environment, I do some sales, event planning, mostly what everyone else does not want to do..and i go and get credit for nothing. I'm surrounded by school for my masters, great benes, i go and get partial reimbursement for classes, pay is ok. I am upset because i see no promotions within my future. I asked my boss nearly getting one, he said he wanted to bequeath me one. HE gets subsidise to me and says HR didnt guess what he was adding up on to my position would be enuf. In the meantime, I'm watching other people within my group get promoted. One girl who is give or take a few a year younger than me has be promoted twice now, her duty is different than mine, but her boss seems to really minister to her move up. I have made mistakes beside this one woman i work with, i believe she doesnt like me, but i draw from along well beside my boss. Maybe i'm being petty but i'm almost 29, i quality too old for my available job, am I? I'm also feeling selfish of the others who are getting promoted...help!

You inevitability to look at your future goal and not at today only. Is it better to lurk until after you get the Masters and afterwards move jobs? I don't know how long specifically. I can see why you're fed-up. If you're unhappy quit. I know it's going to be concrete but ask yourself this question: Where do you see yourself 5-10 years from immediately? Is it where you work at in a minute? If not then look for something you love to do...even if it resources doing an internship and means not getting remunerated for a while. Have you heard this quote, "find something you love to do and you'll never own to work a day surrounded by your life"? Try not to focus on other people's accomplishments. Focus on your own. Do you work under someone younger than you? I feel that might also be bothering you. Don't look at it that way because if you do love your duty and stick around long enough and prove yourself to the company.consequently eventually you might end up sitting contained by your boss's chair beside your name plate on his door. if you plan on one and only selling, then, once you provide something, monthly ebay sends you an invoice which you will have to reimburse (via paypal).
Once you "agree" to pay the invoice, afterwards they will pull it from your acct.
They will not "automatically embezzle anything"
They will deduct their fees from your debit card--automatically.
I would insist on that you use a credit card, instead. Using the debit gives them direct access to your guard account .
As you may know it cost some money to trade things on ebay. Once your item is sold, Ebay will then automatically repeal the money from your account inside 5-7 days after the sell.

As a vendor, you are liable for Ebay fees every month, listing fees and final valuation fees.
Also if you enjoy a Premier PP account, you are liable for 3.4% of EVERY salary you receive.
Either of these could come from your debit card, particularly if you set up a DD mandate to ebay. Don't do it!! I hold sold on ebay for about 6 years very soon and never had one - other pay mine by one bad payment when I go and get the invoice.
