I sure have ! They enjoy cut back on everything. They are out of deeply of things and there is absolutely no Help when you need it. There is no channel to get things sour top shelves, there is nobody around. They hold cut back team so much.
There will only be 2-3 cashiers uncap and their is about 10 or more that could, instead of us standing within line for and hour to buy one item. I avoid it much as possible anymore. I guess they are rat holing adjectives that money and have get really greedy.
Personally I love WalMart. Sure you do get lost within the huge crowd, but once you get the suspend of knowing your local WalMarts it ain't so bad. I love how they hold everything all within one place.

Just to ensure I'm on right track; can sombody advise me on the this again?
1) My concern is a have a partner but with the most minuscule dependency to each other. Is in attendance any business or contract between two partners that allows them to work surrounded by the same location and beneath same business name but next to separated rights? or responsibility in financial matter? if so how?
So far I think the S company type is the best I to some extent go next to but I will appreciate it if you give me some hints.

First, are you sure you would prefer a s-company, an LLC is so much cheaper and offers nearly one and the same benefits.
For both a s-company and a LLC make flawless written agreement with your partner almost income taxes and dividends. if the LLC/s-company makes a taxable profit but refuse to pay dividends, the owners/partners want to finance the taxes themselves.
About your question:
1. Use a lease contract to allow your partner access to the building, and a similar contract to allow him to use your your trademarks (if you want to let him use your business entitle then he might become your member of staff, which doesn't prevent him for having his own business).
2. ask your attorney
Check near your accountant. The last company I registered be an S-corp, because of certain export tax abatement desires.
