Before we can criticize other countries, we have need of to clean our own house first. On top of that record is getting the hell out of two countries we have no business mortal in, reverse our role of supplying upwards of 50% of the arms to the world, closing adjectives the secret prisons and military basis scattered around the world, propping up repressive government in our never culmination thirst for oil, stop our ever expanding prison system and draconian law run-amok, and start taking care of our own nation instead of the country club class.

Do minimum wage law certainly serve the poor?
Question:
Which businesses get hurt the most, which ines benifit if they do?
Answers:
Minimum wage law would hurt the poor, by reducing employment or employment growth, if in reality it did anything at all.
The pretext I phrase it that way is that within the U.S., the minimum wage rate increases have customarily trailed the true market wage rate increases, so that the "MINIMUM WAGE RAISED" headline really mean nought -- except that certain politicians capture to claim success. This is also the major reason that some studies hold shown that it doesn't cause work loss -- because it's set so low it doesn't do anything at all, at lowest possible nothing explicitly above the 'noise level' of day-to-day economic hustle and bustle.
BUT whenever we do raise the minimum wage rate above the 'natural' open market wage floor, then it have three main effects:
- the population that have a minimum wage undertaking and keep it will own more money -- but most of them would have gotten a make higher eventually anyway
- some of those people will instead lose their job
- other people that would own gotten hired won't
So you can see in that circumstance, some race feel close to they have be helped, and others don't. The concluding case (people that would hold gotten hired won't be hired) is the least noticeable one, and economically-illiterate politicians like to rebuff that group.
Minimum wage laws can wrapping up up damaging the poor of late as much as the businesses that it hurts. When minimum wage goes up businesses constraint less labor because it is smaller amount profitable for them to do so. It can even cause entire factory to be moved to other countries to avoid the changing labor rates. Of course the family who keep their job are better off but the nonspecific consensus is that minimum wage laws are hurtful to workers and businesses alike
Well it really depends on where you are, and how much the minimum wage is. I hear that some states are starting the minimum wage at $7.50... That I think would most def. give a hand the poor, compared to my state, which the minimum wage is $5.15. The expense of living now adays is going up, so it newly really depends. It has its plus's and negative's.
Minimum wage law help everyone. While businesses will claim that minimum wage law hurt them, in truth superior wages are also better for business. Every business needs customers, and when folks are making decent wages, they can afford to buy the products that businesses submit. Put more money into the hands of consumers, and they'll spend more, which make the economy stronger. That's important Reaganomics!
In the US we have a weigh we call the 'poverty line'. People who earn smaller quantity than this 'magic number' are considered 'poor'. This number hasn't been used to for inflation in a long time, so more inhabitants than that could really be considered 'poor' today.
Now the fact is that 90% of the race who are poor in the US own full-time jobs. They work as rugged as you or me (probably harder than me) but they are still struggling. Don't you think that's a scandal within the richest country on earth, that so lots people are poor, not because they're disabled or variety bad choices or are of late lazy, but even though they work unyielding?
The idea of democracy is the greatest suitable for the greatest number of people. If 100 folks get super-rich and everyone else get poorer, that's not how our system is supposed to work. Everyone is supposed to share in the obedient economy, at tiniest to some extent. This is why we choose capitalism as our economic system--because it's pious for EVERYONE, not just the capitalist themselves. The rising tide that raises adjectives boats alike, and all that.
Now as to your grill, there is no evidence that minimum wage law cause dismissal. Looking back, history doesn't show that rises surrounded by the minimum wage cause rises surrounded by unemployment or hurt the reduction. Raising the min. wage stimulates the economy because society have more money to spend. And the govt. does better too because the taxes on wages are superior than the taxes corporations pay.
The folks to not attain it; there will other be a poverty line because associates dont all build the same amount; those contained by the bottom percentage will be below the poverty line, doesn`t matter what that income actually is.
Minimum wage, increases salary, but it also increases costs. I mean, at a fastfood place, to take-home pay its people more, they will increase prices. Now that things are more expensive the increased wage will really only just subsidie the price increase.
The truth is, wages and prices are at an equlibrium, they tend to move together... and supply and demand are great features that support to move wages. Artificial increases such as increases is minimum wage tend to have a severely limited effect, as described above.
How possible is it that multinational pick up interns for permenant positions in the company?
Question:
any idea?
Answers:
Many companies hire greatly of the people that own previously interned for them. There are a number of reason for this but the main reason are pretty obvious. 1) the intern already know people contained by the company and can use them for references when applying for the profession. 2) the intern has already academic (or at least be exposed to) the company culture and "lingo." 3) the company knows how (hard) the intern works, how the creature reacts during guaranteed situations, etc.
I would defintely suggest getting an internship at a company you think you would soak up working for. If you get the internship position, you should consider the internship as a fundamentally long interview. They will be watching you constantly. Don't get hindered in department politics, etc. Work hard and be pleasant to everyone (even ancestors you don't like), all the time. This is a kismet for the company to get to know you, but it is also a adjectives for you to get to know the company. Perhaps after the internship you realize you don't approaching working there as much as you thought you would.
GOOD LUCK!!
This is interesting. I hope you win good answers. I'm interested contained by this too for one of my nieces. Good luck in your craft!
From my own experience, a large company is more imagined to hire a former intern than a small company (except if you are hired during your internship). Try to get an internship at a department i.e. allowed to take at hand own hiring decisions (or at lowest possible at a site with at hand own HR).

Is Microsoft monopoly? please donate me the reason why it is or why it's not please thank you!?
Question:
Answers:
If I may be so bold, perhaps it's time I weigh within with an evaluation.
Per the anti-trust suit filed against Rockerfeller's Standard Oil (Back contained by the days of Teddy Roosevelt), Microsoft was found (during the Clinton years) to NOT be within violation. Meaning it IS NOT a monopoly.
When Bill Gates and Scott Jobs be first starting out, they were (to a degree) friends. Each come up with a computer prose independent of the other. Each approached IBM and were essentially laugh out of the room (computers back consequently were the size of a house) -- not a soul would EVER want a computer in their home. Yeah, right.
Gates go on an empire building program of building his own computers making them IBM compatable. That was a huge selling point. As things begin to take past its sell-by date, he (his lawyers) insisted that any competer making companies that wanted Gates' verbal skill base surrounded by their computers sign a contract stating that no other operating system could be used. And it was THAT little maneuver that REALLY tied up the marketplace. IBM, ACER, and later Gateway, etc.,ect., etc., adjectives had signed on beside Gates' Microsoft.
Jobs with his Comodore Vic 20 started strongly satisfactory, but did not tie up the loose ends and quickly fell aft.
Eventally, Gate's bought major stock within Apple which only next added to the Gates strategy of quite literally cornering the flea market.
If you want to compet and beat Bill Gates, you involve to know things like when those contracts expire -- allowing others to introduce their operating systems and you'd enjoy to have a better system than what Gates offer. To date, Linux, Socrates and others just simply haven't be able to come upon those criteria. Seems the whole world is using MS-DOS base systems.
There is little room, but if you want to compete, build a better mous trap.
Yes it is. Microsoft is the biggest monopoly when it comes to OS. The truth is Windows are so user friendly which makes 75% of computer to run on Microsoft Windows. Microsoft requirements only its own products to be installed close to Microsoft office and so on. So finally we extremity up having window products in our system and forget around other good Open Source products.
Microsoft is not a monopoly because in attendance are Mac OS and Linus operating systems for it to compete with although going on for 90% of computers use the Windows operating system.
It isn't, because Apple operates surrounded by the same flea market. Microsoft has competition for alike product sector and therefore cannot be a monopoly.
Is not a monopoly, that with the sole purpose happens when at hand is only one supplier of a flawless. In the case of MSFT near are other Operating Systems (MAC, linux, unix, etc) in the souk. It just happen to be that Microsoft has a totally significant percentage of the market share, but by definition is not a monopoly.
In the other foot, I believe Microsoft is a genius when it comes to marketing and everyday they simply smash competition with aggressive devices.
So, by definition is not a monopoly but I'm pretty sure many will disagree near my opinion.
Ethical problems face by business associates?
Question:
Answers:
Simple! Am I accountable to (A) God, or (B) the dollar?
About two percent of adjectives of us will answer correctly, and live lives of success and purpose, inwardly knowing we own peace with our Creator, who is our Father.
About ninety-eight percent of us will variety the issue complex.
Notice, my first response -- "simple." The issue is a simple one.
But the dollar is not a jealous god. You can worship and serve it, and also worship and serve plenty of other god. It doesn't care. The dollar's rule book vitally says, if it make sense for the bottom line, do it, and but for, don't. Take advantage of nation when and where you can (they're a commodity close to anything else), but always study your back because if you capture caught you're in trouble! And oh, what a intertwined web we weave, when first we practice to outwit.
What about them ? What is your put somebody through the mill ?
Anyone who owns or is building a company should have an "unattainable goal" written down. What is an "unattainable hope?" This is a goal that you know is difficult but for impossible to achieve, but is virtuous for the world. For example, my goal is to exterminate rush-hour traffic and reduce the number of cars doing a tour by showing corporations how to utilize technologies to allow workforce to work from home. I know it is difficult to reach this aspiration. But if I live every second toward this goal, I know I'll create all my decision ethically.

Fire an S-Corporation Stockholder?
Question:
I have be reading a lot almost S-Corporations. What Im trying to find out is...if its possible to fire a stockholder of a company if she is a partner? I was underneath the impression that if you are a boss you and hire and fire whomever, but be told that if the person, is not one and only a partner but a stockholder you cannot.
Answers:
You can fire an employee but a stockholder is not an member of staff.
As a stockholder, that person owns a part of the pack of the company. The only course they can be divested of their stock is if they sell it or if you merge out the company (in which valise you have to pay packet the stockholder the consideration per share stipulated in the merger agreement) or if you liquidate the S corp and distribute the proceeds.
Think of it like peas in a pod way if you buy stock from ETrade of IBM. IBM can't fire you and formulate you not a stockholder -- the only instrument you can stop being a stockholder is if you trade your shares or if IBM gets dissolved or merged, and contained by both of those cases you still have endorsed rights.

Same here. Especially those good looks product ads where on earth I'm pretty sure that they hadn't used it before they get the endorsement matter. That's just silly.
I agree, but most of America must disagree as the public notice execs are still hiring them to do it. Must be successful.
Irrelevant for me too!
They are not required to even really use the product. Steve Harvey is one of the few to only uphold those he uses. There are a few others like that but so what-they may go and get treated better because of who they are.
I just use what works for me!
Yes, it's irrelevant to me. But advertisers spend apt money knowing it does help to trade the product. It's no surprise that some of these personalities hold never used the product, but they like the money.
