I miss the days when a human answered and put you through to who you needed to talk to. I regard customer service has really go down the drain because of these new technology. I remember buying a speaker/intercom phone with auto redial for man put on hold after navigating their never culmination, make you want to sway up, phone menus.
Amazing how you give these companies money your entire existence till you die, but you simply can not call and speak near some one. It has become an ordeal.

Be friendly to guests, socialize near your TLs and let your TL, sup and Brad (I believe he is your manager) know that you are interested within advancing.
When I worked at hand TLs got 10 cents more per hour, logically it was nearly impossible for us to work rotten points because there weren't any extra shifts for us, and none of us call off.
I worked in that once as a 15 year old later went pay for when I was 19. I worked at every arcade and I permit my manager Sam Bryan Jr know that I could work anywhere. About the just thing I didn't do be work as a breaker. By your actions permit people know that you are honest and firm working. You may not be promoted this year but you may next year as you will enjoy an entire season under your belt. If you can work bonus weekends you get yourself more valuable than most of the college kids.
Get promoted and kiss some highest butt!!
