Not sure why having one of the RN's sons would impose a change but my wife used to work at a people owned company. It was a small company and something like half the body were family circle, half be not. You quickly figure out that if you were not relatives you were a 2nd class hand, and she eventually quit because of this though it took some time as the job bazaar was tough. If this is what you perceive as the problem in that, then yes I would definitiely verbs - but not sure your problem is the same as this.

First your question make sense to me.
It all depends of the corporate culture of the group. At the incredibly least the consolidated accounts (yearly, quarterly, ...) will be drawn up at the group's HQ, explicitly a legal prerequisite. The HQ will also support the group's executives.
