Good give somebody the third degree. Some people muse Walmart chases out the litte man ( companies cant compete with Walmart) so they do not resembling Walmart. Others think relations should get rewarded better to work at walmart with better benefits. Wal Mart is horrible and they want you out of your store as quickly as you waddle into it. I personally love Wal Mart because its my equals, but thats why she hates it and refuse to shop there.

First, I'm not sure if this is actually call insider trading. This particular situation is where on earth an officer of a company gave information to an outsider that ...1) the company be going public and 2) status of earnings after the company go public allowing that individual notice to buy or provide before profits were reported. If you know someone who have participated surrounded by that type of insider trading/information, is there a unshakable time line to report that individual. I am not sure I want or should seize involved. If I decide to deed, where do I start and is in that a way to protect my identity?

Status of yield after the company went public allowing that individual interest to buy or sell beforehand earnings be reported.

Yes, that would be insider trading. Statuate of limitations is 7 years, but they won't expected investigate an old travel case. You can remain anonoumos but if your testimony is the one and only evidence, than that would not be possible.
