I advise one of the companys that their item had not be delivered after two weeks. they apogised and they refund my money the same sunshine.great. The second company said they would look into the problem.that was a week ago , and that be the last I hear from them. This was the first time I have ordered stuff through eBay.and it will be my last.three out of five is`nt extraordinarily good.anybody out in that had similar problems?

Keep after the vendor. Like you said, you're dealing near 5 DIFFERENT vendors - not adjectives will be perfect. If you want to get thinner it down, don't bid on items from sellers near feedback scores below 10 or 25 or whatever height you want to set and definitely don't bid on auctions from seller with smaller number than a 99.0% feedback rating. I've been selling/buying for 8 yrs, and hold only gotten 2 negative in around 2000 transactions and both were bogus and I shouldn't enjoy gotten them
i have have very angelic experiences with ebay- and the others are right, clear sure you check sellers feedback, return policies. if they dont cooperate, ebay is really upright about resolving problems between seller and buyers. sorry to hear you wont be ebaying anymore- i think its great!! as a buyer and a vendor.
Personally I've ordered Quite a few items on eBay and always have 1st class service, just hand down a negative feedback to the company that consent to you down,they don't like that, endow with it another go I'm sure that you've freshly had a discouraging experience.

Wal mart have several CBL tests. Each department have several, actually, and spanking new ones pop up all the time.. I other passed mine right away. Don't stress to much, they are all pretty key and common sense stuff.

One agency go so far to pimp me to a client that they lied to me about the duty specs. This agency (on wall street) knew I have experience on the trading floor and knew they could kind money off me. I repeatly told them NO trading floor and this woman turned rotten her ability to hear me. She claimed that this be a totatly different job and I have to meet the client if I looked-for to get a livelihood at this company. The Client then informed me that the agency spoke importantly of me. Funny, they never checked my references, tested me or commuincated beside me about bygone work experiences. All the agency saw was dollar sign and I be pimped. Scary!

I bought something and the auction said that they only ship on thursdays.economically I bought the item on friday so it didn't ship till the following thursday then took in the region of 4 days to get to me...going on for 2 weeks total time. I got my item when I should enjoy. But that seller have -feedback because of his shipping, but it was clearly stated contained by the ad. You sure could write a letter to AT&T executives, but how can you be sure it's a disgruntled member of staff at Yahoo doing this? It could be a problem with the router connectivity, your internet service provider, etc. etc.
While I appreciate your frustration when this happens (it does ensue to me too from time to time), I don't think a chief executive officer would steal it seriously at all. You could start by keeping a log of date and time of sunshine that it's happening and possibly that would help you isolate the incentive.
But you cannot prove if it is some irksome employee or a true phone glitch
