A customer contacts you at a call core. They are very angry and upset give or take a few what they call "appauling service", what do you do as an member of staff to handle and resolve the situation?
What procedures do you lug to work towards a solution?

First step is to get the to quiet down ...
Start by being sympathetic that they are upset ...but NOT by giving them unmerited expectations (i.e. 'I am so sorry YOU are so upset and I would really like to support you with YOUR problem' ... NOT "I am so sorry we upset you and I will sort out your problem").
Get their central details .. this should give them a randomness to calm down a bit ..
Then draw from the 'cold facts' .. what is the problem they would like you to assist them with ??
Focus on the problem, NOT on who upset them & why ... if they veto to explain what the problem is and only want to complain around other staff you should pass them onto your Supervisor (or who-ever deal with formal complaints) as soon as possible.
You stipulation to get to the 'core' of the issue as soon as possible .. what is it they want you to do to resolve the actual problem ?
Don't breed promises (eg about making refund, reporting other staff for abuse, paying compensation or evne something as simple as checking details and phoning put a bet on etc.) they you personally can't hang on to ...
If you don't have the authority to resolve the issue, overrun them on to some-one you does .
There are a lot of associates with remarkably unrealistic expectations when dealing with big companies ... for example demands for 'instant refunds' and 'immediate replacements' ... these can be very difficult to oversee... (most organisations end up blaming 'the computer' :-) )
Thank them for calling and bringing this to your attention, ask them if they would mind if you took their number and call them back, "as this complaint deserves more investigation".
If the customer agrees, look into their complaint, and hopefully by the time you gain back to them: 1. They will enjoy calmed down. 2. You will be able to contribute them a satisfactory answer.
I own no solution if they won't let you purloin their number, sorry.

This is no problem not illegal and is what the possession "family business" mechanism. As long as each of the people members declare his/her salary within full and pays the necessary personal income duty, I don't think any tenet has be contravened.
according to law i dont know much but as per income export tax it can be a great sucess bcz here it is not neccessary to show the actual salaries of the staff so it can recover your tax which u own to pay on such dignified salaries and yes these are expenses as usual
