I was sure to be hired since I go thru 3 interviews for the same position near three different people..very soon the last entity I interviewed with told me that they would be have 3 opening by the ruin of this month, but I haven't heard anything however...what do i do? what do i say?

Can a company do a direct public offering through its website and then execute an IPO on Nasdaq? I don't have a severely good construal on DPO's, so forgive me if this is a silly question.

Typically, an IPO is reserved for companies that are deem mature adequate (under exchange parameters) to do a public offering. The "i" in IPO only means that it is the first public offering and the company does not hold listed shares.
For a company that have done a DPO first, the shares are registered under state securities law and primarily sold to customers, affiliates or some affinity groups. The entity would not have registered beneath the SEC for a full IPO when it executed the DPO, so in essence a company can do an IPO after have done a DPO because the shares are not listed on an exchange.
Your company can enjoy a public offering, and then go and get listed on NASDAQ, but it's not an *initial* public offering if it does that.
The cheapest means of access to get planned on NASDAQ appears to be merging with a moribund company that's already down. Once you are listed, you can next dispose of the assets of the company you bought, if you want to.
