ive been working w/ an outsourcing company(temp) at honda corporate 4 months ago and get laid off because they lost the contract.
Now, I am contained by a different outsourcing company(perm w/ benefits) at mazda corporate - 1 more year for there contract w/ mazda to extension. thats with medical, holiday, time off, sick days paid.
Now, the exotic outsourcing company at honda called me because they are interested contained by hiring me. there contract w/ honda is 3 years. Its a supplemental position w/ holiday pay(1st day) and medical after 6 months. they offered me $3 more than mazda.
At honda near is a lot of OT's and they will distribute techs to different states(traveling) I LOVE IT!!
i dont care in the region of the medical because i already have it w/ my moms work. and i love overtime(more money) and traveling. I will be moving apartment which ever livelihood i choose. I do the same entity at both jobs.

So, I doubt you'll be insured via your Mom if you're working for Honda (unless you own some scheme where on earth your Mom is privately employed and adds you to her robustness plan as an employee).
By the way, if Honda isn't giving you benefits until 6 mos afterwards they sound cheap, really cheap considering the nouns of that company. Take the Honda job. You're young at heart and you don't live life lacking risks. Just understand what those risks may be. Keep your eyes depart for other opportunities as you be in motion.

There was no Purple Promise payout this year because the company did not cause its forecasted financial goals. It is not to voice that employees are not valued or did not work unyielding enough. Volume be significantly lower this year compared to previous years, therefore profits did not do as ably. Just think, they kept alike number of people employed even though the number of packages go down.
Just because they gave it finishing year to reward employees doesn't automatically entitle human resources to it every year. Honestly, I'm surprised that they even cared to make a contribution anything to hourly employees, but that only shows that they're committed to taking care of their folks when they can.
