It's a job, but everything is what you be paid of it. If you strive to be the happiest, most helpful worker in attendance, it will take you places.
It depends on what you are looking for. If you stipulation a second income in your household or it is segment time work to put you through school, it is great for work experience. If however, you stipulation it as a full time primary income, you may want to look around for higher paying work.

You might want to check that out. Microsoft have been sued and lost. Some of their source code have been open up and now they can no longer bundle their software so that you in fact get a choice within what to use. Thats the legal answer. The practical answer is that they own a strong foothold because people want it and buy it. Think of it as the nifty food of software.
