Being an unloader is a totally physical job. You're responsible for unloading a majority of the merchandise bad of the trucks and sorting it by department so that the overnight stockers can work it when they come in. It's enormously fast pace, but it's easy to pick up on to it. Plus you won't have to treaty with customers completely often, which will be nice when it get crazy around christmas time.
If you're not afraid of hard work, you'll do terrifically well.

I don't think the question would be the same, as unloading and customer service are two distinctly different positions, i.e. physical strength may be more central in the unloader position, and potential to get along all right with populace may be more important within the customer service position.
I'm an unloader. We unload trucks in 85 level heat, since walfart is too cheap to impart us air conditioning contained by the back. If you're on the truck it can be 100 degree or more.
The guy throwing the truck will set all the boxes on the guardrail and push them down and out of the truck. Then you'll have 4 unloaders working the railing if you're lucky, sometimes two or three. They'll put the boxes on the pallets sorted by different departments.
I would strongly advise you to not be an unloader. Go for a salefloor associate or overnight. We find treated like crap, we do the toughest chore in the store for the lowest possible pay, except for door greeters. You could be a door greeter and one and only get 20 cents smaller quantity.
You'll start around a dollar above minimum wage, could be a little more depending on your experience.
One other point, management will wander all over you and appropriate advantage of you if you permit them. Stand up for yourself.

Yes, you have to to own good math skills, but it is business math a bit than say calculus. Strong algebra skills are probably the most prominent. You should also have a clothed command of statistics, but again, not very insightful stats, just a strong reading of averages, etc.
In College for my Business Major I was required to rob up to what was call Brief Calculus. I also had to clutch Mathematics heavy contained by statistics and accounting.

Don't believe whoever tell you you need a amount. You need to somehow demonstrate you are efficient. A degree is not a must but it help. It is not the easiest thing to take hired as a translator but you definitely call for to make sure your resume is clear and it states that you are a perfect translator. Ok, Lupin IV's point about the cheek swab article I can see ... that's not a big deal, as saliva isn't considered much of a biohazard and they're sending it to a lab. But if they're doing urinalysis or anything involving blood on-site, I'd be concerned!! And, noticeably be aware that they can't legally ask you for coat. If they do, report them.
