It is not. The Chart of Accounts is the list of accounts that a business tracks. The reason why it's legally recognized and not considered a "pyramid" is because anyone who has united under you can get more money than you if they themselves branch out to more people than you do. It's a bit complicated, but trust me, they enjoy lawyers and it's be evaluated closely.
The way you brand money is by recruiting more folks to join and buy their consumables (groceries, non-perishables, clothes, and household items) through Quxitar and their partner stores as resourcefully. (Note: They don't buy them from you.) The more people you receive, the more volume drives through your membership. Other member of the team are supposed to be out nearby working with you to build your troop (which in-turn is also their team because they recruit you). In theory, it's certainly not a bad hypothesis and thus the name.
However, surrounded by my opinion, they label it sound WAY easier than it is. It can be difficult to obtain people to stop shopping at stores and getting them to buy online through Quixtar AND getting individuals to invest into "the system" which is their training system. Basically, "the system" is books, "Team" CDs, and tickets to seminars on dealing next to people and man smart with money to relief you get better at recruit more people into your business, but you could extremity up spending over a $1,000 a year.
Now, I'm not going to knock "The Team" because it works for some people (and no, not in recent times the founders). It's also a decent business that requirements little overhead and start-up money. But I'm also telling you truthfully, it take very thorny work, thick skin (for the countless rejections you'll get), mercy, and a decent amount of luck to succeed. Luck that you run into others interested within changing their buying conduct, and luck that your "upline" (the members that recruit you) work hard at helping your business by recruit new member under you and thus below them and are lucky at doing this themselves.
From what I saw, many culture, like me, get tired of rejections, paying each month for "the system", travelling to seminar, and hearing excessive hyperbole and not seeing the variety of results they believe they were told to expect.

Gypsy Girl: My son simply had a similar experience next to Best Buy. He had to dance through the sales population and two managers earlier getting to the store manager. The sale person have sold him the basic edition of a winter sport and the wrong expansion (didn't work). It was a nightmare, but within the end, the superior relented and got him the right expansion.
He be even told that it's a Federal Law that they can't take spinal column opened software! OMG ... did they really deliberate that would work?

Best Buy - They wouldn't run back a defective dvd because it be opened and they didn't own the same title to exchange it. They wouldn't even try to find out when they would be getting more of that title contained by or if more copies had even be ordered. They wouldn't allow an exchange for a different title either.
Comcast. They're the worst.

That, and, pretty much any company that outsources their support. Reps are often minimally trained, or not trained at adjectives. I can read from a queue card, and have read adjectives of the FAQ's, etc before I name. So, it's annoying when someone is reading from the same FAQ I purely read when I call near a problem, even after I've explained everything that I've tried and it matches the FAQ. Once the FAQ doesn't do the trick, I own to wait to be transferred to another group or skulk for a callback. It's a pain.
