I was told I be selected for a "RANDOM" Oral Swab saliva drug experiment. The sample be collected by THE HR MANAGER IN HER OFFICE. 13 days later, (sample be overnighted to a lab) I was terminated for trialling positive. I did not get a adjectives to see the QUANTATIVE TEST RESULTS until they were submitted to the state to appeal my laying-off benefits. (I was by the mode found to have not former the test, according to the COMPANY'S OWN POLICY/CUTOFF LEVELS so I am unwaged through no fault of my own, according to the state. My results show adjectives 6 of the drugs tested for to be in my saliva though adjectives below cutoff levels, near the exception of methampetamine-which it says is EXACTLY AT THE CUTOFF NUMBER. My husband's trade it is ALWAYS a lab tech. The company brings in a mobile lab component to administer urine tests for the massive jobs, and sends the guys to a local lab for the minority people. If you are totally confident contained by your ability to collect from the bidder, and clearly state the description and payment/returns policies, why discourage the bidder? Maybe they only just met with a dishonest purveyor, as there are a few. Low Feedback is not a fitting enough intention to block a bidder in my belief. Insurance and delivery confirmation plus paypal protect you.

All bids including "buy it now" are justifiably binding contracts. Don't worry your pretty little lead about it. You will go and get your negative feedback.
you may not get hold of bad feedback from a massively busy vendor, however, the right article to do is contact the vendor and explain what happen. If not you have technically committed breach of contract and they do own the right to leave that feedback. I am sure that it would be better to be honest beside them and retain a good status than take negative feedback when they do discover it.
hopefully the wholesaler just didn't comfort. But--if the seller pursues it, you are bound by the contract and according to how far trader pushes the issue you may get a neg strike or you could even be denied using ebay. I don't ruminate that would happen though because ebay would most predictable get you and the wholesaler to come to some sort of terms. Ebay doesn't want to loose users. The seller have to file a dispute against you after 7 days own passed but before the 45th time. Ebay will then distribute you emails encouraging you to complete the transaction. If you refuse to honor your responsibility within (I think) 7 days after the dispute have been file, eBay will count it as a strike against you and refund the merchant his seller fees.
If you carry enough strikes against you, eBay will limitation or suspend your account. However, if you and the retailer come to a mutual agreement, the seller can close the dispute beside no strikes against you.
