C Corp vs S corp?

Is an S corporation the same as a C corporation within every way except when it comes to man taxed? Or are here other differences between the C and S corporations?

we hold been going to both----here surrounded by our area we do not hold Superstores...so we go to the grocery store for our groceries and to walmart for things close to cat food, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.
walmart def. has the cheaper prices...but as of postponed we have found that the customer service sucks.we own sent an email to the corporate office, tried to contact the store and we are not getting anywhere.but nearby prices are cheaper...
so do we patronize them near cheap prices and crappy customer service...or not at all? inopportunely the almightly dollar speaks loud

I similar to to get groceries at Trader Joe's because it's life and doesn't have chemicals and **** and is trustworthy and pretty cheap, but things I don't put within my mouth I like wal-mart. For that kinda stuff it's pretty silly to go to a local store and take-home pay like 10 times what you should and seize shitty service that isn't convenient.
I hate Wal-mart and would never shift there. Don't thoroughness if they have better prices. I approaching Trader Joe's for most things and would fill within with Whole foods or similar type of store.
The one time I have a problem at a Wal-mart customer service was awful and I never go back.

Depends on what i entail. For basics i run to wally for other things there are small market i go to for Asian, African, Latin, Indian foods I live across the street from the primary store here in Tx but i lone go in attendance as last resort. I also similar to the farmers markets here.
I love my Wal-mart SC! I receive everything there surrounded by one stop. I have a couple grocery stores that are closer, but Wal-mart have everything I need within one stop, cheaper prices, and I always run into someone I know! (small town) Customer service is great too...my 2 year matured lost one of his shoes, we told customer service, and they found it and kept it for us. I have friends that work in attendance also. So, shopping there is certainly an enjoyable experience.
I just now visited Walmart and I consistency that since they've bnuilt their clientele their prices suck. They used to have really accurate prices but...eh no
