FedEx Mexico, there are plenty of FedEx office in Mexico, and plentiful mailboxes offices which offer the service with them. I intuitively don't use it because it is more expensive than many others. But if someone transport you something from FedEX US FedEx Mexico gives it to you.

I have, but it have been a while since I second tried. Coupons can still scan if it is a fake, if the copy is fitting. It is the stores decision, they can adopt whatever they want to.
