Roaming means you are using other towers other after Sprint and they prefer you using theirs. Only one problem with using theirs, here is no enough of they to service those. I dropped Sprint and they screamed rationale of my contract with them. I won the argument { why, because where on earth I live there is no tower and I demur to use roaming cause they would charge me extra for it } so I be able to break the contract and run to a more reliable cell phone company.

Still assuming they are following the local law, and that notice is required per your contract, I suspect you will enjoy to follow the contract.
On final thing, did the contract enjoy a time frame on it. If so and the timeframe has run out consequently I'm not so sure - better check with a legal representative if this is the case (or perchance someone else will know this).
