No its a scam. Its probably one guy (or a few) who send out 1000's (maybe 100's of thousands) of these eMails to anyone who's address they can find. They use the moniker of a real company (like yahoo) but the phone number and address is for them. A few of the recipient call backbone and ask for more info. The guy says yes you hold won a fabulous prize but there is a charge for shipping/ processing/ verification (whatever) and you must income that first. You pay the allowance and never hear from the company again.
Call the company a few weeks later and the phone number is probably disconnected.
