We also heard that the unmarked hire has a history of tarnished relationships surrounded by the workplace. Ideally, the new hire would set out the job and that added stress for us would no longer exist. I'm sure every department has a few of their own less-than-ideal body. I don't judge that confronting the individual would help base upon the comment you have made. If it be a couple things and they are reasonably enlarge to suggestions, then I would bargain to them. But in the situation that you own said, you can go to the boss alone or as a group to discuss the issue. DO not take home it threatening or derisive. Make it informational and encouraging.
