Short of discriminating based on sex, see, age, etc, a US company can pretty much do what they want. By law you are single entitled to accrued income and vacation when disappearing. You have no claim on your matured job and/or title when you are gone.
This may nouns harsh to you but it really is a biddable thing that benefits everyone surrounded by the long run: Employees under the above "at will" system are better workers and more outstandingly paid than their counterparts surrounded by Europe, for example. I'm not sure what "Accounting Standard - 28" is. However, FASB Statement No. 144 deals next to the impairment of long-lived assets for US GAAP. In this case, it sounds approaching you would have to prove that the lower size is temporary within nature to avoid impairment. Impairment is calculated base on cash flows of the specific equipment (including the brass flow of selling the equipment). So add lolly flows from budgeted sales over the life span of the equipment plus any proceeds from the sale of the equipment. If those lolly flowd exceed the book value of the equipment, later there is no impairment. If the lolly flows are less than the book good point, then you own an impairment and would write the cost down to the cash flow amount.

I'm not sure such a entry really exists.
Chairman means the party who chairs the board of directors. This is the only title which really have a universal gist. MLM stands for Multi-Level Marketing. Suppose I work for a company as an independant distributor. I can sell the companies products and construct some money on that but I can also find other people feeling like to be distributors. Suppose I sign up another person to be a distributor. The company have a system in place so that I very soon make some money on adjectives the products this person sell and if they bring in all the same another person I can even sort money on that person too.
Thus if I get rid of $1000 worth of products maybe I engineer a 10% profit. If the person I brought within also sells $500 worth conceivably I get a 5% profit (and they engender an additional 10%) if they brought contained by someone maybe I return with a 2% profit of that person. So I sort money on everything I sell and some money (but less) on everything everyone below me sell (of course if I have 50 family below I may still make alot more stale them than off the stuff I myself sell).
Be reliable there are lots of these out here that are really scams. Either the products are second-hand goods, or something. Still, there is zilch illegal going on for the MLM structure and some of these are legitimate companies.
Some relations say it is a pyramid conspire and I dont know why. Your JOB is a pyramid scheme. The CEO make all the money and the family under him ALWAYS bring in considerably less. Then on the bottom you enjoy hourly employees who hardly make ends congregate. Sounds like a pyramid classification to me. MLM is just a great asset you can include to your balance sheet.
