Answers: File a complaint near the police department or whatever you call for to do to get a police report of ID thieving. Once you have that report, check your state's credit freeze regulation at http://financialprivacynow.org. If your state has a freeze regulation, you can get a credit freeze for free. This prevents anyone from using your credit for anything minus your express approval.
This will prevent all adjectives issues from family or otherwise. As to repairing your credit, I would suggest moving towards a smaller amount credit-based lifestyle (which would mean your credit rack up won't matter).

About the best you can do with the credit report is to resist the entry. They credit reporting company is required to check with the company to verify the debt. For this to work though, you'll own to contact that phone company and have them fleck the account as an instance of ID larceny and wipe it from your record (otherwise, they'll purely confirm the debt and you've gotten no where).
To do this, ask them to produce the paperwork and show them that the signatures don't match. Good luck!
About the best you can do is
I strongly suggest you run to creditboards.com and become involved there.
It is impossible to be specific to your cross-examine without knowing more around the medical bills, what state you live in, how slow you were near the payments to cover your sister's actions, ect.
The creditboards.com forum is FANTASTIC.
If you can't find a reliable answer there, you can't find it anywhere.
Talk to the cell phone company, possibly they can give you a business deal. That way they don't hold hitting your credit for past due payments. Or if it's your credit card gossip to them. It might be a bit before your credit is final to normal even after you salary it off. Oh and you probably don't want more after 2 cards. Because it looks bad on you when going for loans, even if are no balance. Reason is is because you have potential for debt near the cards.
It's best to have one discouraging bill then multiple discouraging bills. because everytime a company reports bad info to your credit the worse your evaluation is. Find out what you can afford first then chat to a specilast, attorney or to a loan officer at your bank to see what your option are.
im sorry i cnat help you but credit rebuilding is unyielding ive been in attendance what helped a great deal was an orchard guard credit crd now im have trouble with american express and dealing next to their financial reviews!!
Credit Report and Score?
Is your credit score included contained by a credit report? Why or why not? I have be hearing different answers from different citizens. A friend of mine is also insisting that there is a website out within that gives you a free credit chalk up, but I don't believe him. I was lower than the impression that you can bring back a free credit REPORT, but you need to earnings to see the score.~~ Abe
Answers: That's commonly what companies do, give you the report for free and put together you pay to see the mark. I think it's because they entail to make money, and most culture would rather see their chalk up so the companies know they'll pay for it.
Your free annual reports (mandated by law) can be have at www.annualcreditreport.com. You are correct - they do not include FICO scores. You hold to use a paid site or service to procure those unless your bank or credit league will run them for you.
www.freecreditreport.com is a deceptive site run by Experian. It give you "free" reports and scores but simultaneously enrolls you within a paid credit monitoring service.
Yes you can find your free credit report. You are allowed one per year from each of the primary 3 credit reporting agencies. To do this you need to progress to http://www.annualcreditreport.com
To get your chalk up you will always own to pay for it. Depending on where on earth you get it from they will run anywhere from give or take a few $8 to $16.
Now there are sites that bestow you a "free" score. However to attain that you need to sign up for strong views in their service. They will usually present you a free 30 day trial, but if you don't stop in 30 days you after end up paying.
AnnualCreditReport.com is set up to furnish online access your free credit report from each of the three credit bureaus. You seize one free per year from each bureau.
However, the score are not included. Credit bureaus use proprietary methods for score estimate. I believe Experian uses FICO and the other two use a different scale, commonly referred to as Fako.
You can shift to some sites and sign up for a free 30-day trial membership within their monitoring. You will get free reports and your mark during that trial. You do have to bequeath them a credit card as they start billing a monthly fee if you don't stop within the 30 days. They do not product it easy to terminate.
If you are really interested in your FICO rack up, go to MyFico.com. You still hold to pay but you achieve a genuine FICO.
newjerse is correct. Annualcreditreport.com is the certified free credit report site. You get your free report once a year from respectively of the three reporting agencies. I rotate them and ask one for a report every four months. while you are getting your free report they will ask you to buy your credit score. You really hold no use for your credit score. You look at the credit report to see if within are any errors or if someone is getting credit in your baptize. Your credit score is of no pro to you except to satisfy your curiosity.
