In the loan market, a bad credit small business loan is available both in secured and unsecured form. The secured option claims a security against the lending amount. Borrowers can use any sort of valuable object as a security-->it could be commercial or personal. Oppositely, the unsecured option comes without any such requirement. This option is appropriate for those entrepreneurs who are not interested in pledging their property against any loan.
of course not

you start a business with money you've saved, not money you've borrowed.
Not really, no. Apparently there aren't any reputable borrowers there, either.

Try going to a bank and asking for a Personal Line of Credit. It's a mound loan (just like a credit card), but minus the plastic. Once you get the Line established, you only call the edge and tell them you want to move $500 from the Line of Credit and into your mound account.

Or, you could hide away up for your new XBox and wage cash after you hold the money.

AmEx Blue, Blue Sky, or Clear?

Hey, I've been asking question about credit cards lately but I've also be looking at two cards from AmEx: Blue or Clear. I have Blue Sky but the benefits and APR aren't as flawless as Blue and Clear. I'm just checking it out and it looks similar to Clear only give $25 for every 2,500 points and Blue has profusely of different merchants basically for one and the same thing. Anyways, final question: I've be seeing that you can actually combine two AmEx cards? Thanks.

Answers: Converting and combining are two seperate things.

If you have the Blue and the Blue Sky and you didn't want the Blue Sky anymore then you would request that the credit time limit from the Blue Sky be combined with the credit inhibit from the Blue and the Blue Sky closed.
Combining is much better than simply closing an unwanted card and losing the credit limit.

From your concluding question, you would be converting.
You should still own the same credit hinder. Your APR "may" come out a bit better. You would not lose any history from the Blue Sky because the card you convert to will report from the same start time of year as when the Blue Sky started reporting.
(it would be as if the Blue Sky never existed)

As for the rewards
Blue is 1 point for every dollar. You can only generate purchases from the companies that partner with Amex on the Blue rewards program.
Clear is 1 point for every dollar. For every 2500 points you will receive a $25 payment card from Amex that can be used "anywhere" that takes Amex.
For example - gas station, grocery store, department store, etc.
