I own 2 hospital bills?

I have 2 hospital bills, and bills from physicians and Apria Healthcare and Emergency Physicians. All within all I own somewhere between 6-8 new bills from going into 3 different hospitals this bygone year. I have insurance and they've compensated their part, but I owe adjectives these different people between $100-$500. Thats 6-8 NEW bills monthly. I'm trying to clear them all a small amount, but they adjectives want $25-$50 monthly. With 6-8 bills, that adds up every month. I've set up the return plan, but what I want to know is, if some months I have to distribute in smaller amount, what can the hospitals do. Keep in mind I'm making every endeavour to some months send surrounded by more than they ask, but some months have no choice but to convey in smaller quantity because I'm paying my utilities, house payment, and buying groceries first. I enjoy 2 children to take keeping of. What can they do to me if a couple of months I can't send surrounded by anymore than $10-$15?

Answers: I am in your exact same situation and they adjectives get single $10 a month from me. And nothing have happened on the other hand. As long as you pay what you can I guess its ok.?.
The most they will try to do is report it on your credit report. Just hold on to paying your bills, even if it is a little bit. Call them and give an account them it will be less because of your situation. They can not charge you interest any. So keep great library of payments, and conversations. Who did you talk to, the date, etc.. They are usually great at working next to you. If for some reason you can not settle one month, call them and notify them you will pay more the subsequent month. They are HAPPY to get your money.

How many years does a foreclosure stay on your credit report?

Answers: Crider is correct. I work for a credit attorney. It is three years after the "sale" of the foreclosure that you can buy a house again. This can easily be taken off the credit now, but you still have to disclose it when you fill out a loan application. You score will go up considerably. When you apply for a loan they ask if you have had a foreclosure in the past 7 years. If you get it off your credit and you lie, then you have committed fraud and could be subject to imprisonment.
7-10 yrs
u actual must declare it any time an application ask or criminal fraud.
so it stays for ever.

Surrendering of items on an instore credit side?

my husband is disabled and i have purely become disabled. we owe money on an in store type justification and want to turn the items in because we can't afford them any more. We can barly afford our utilities and medical. the business owner still say he can take us to court and sue us even if we turn surrounded by the items. what are our rights

Answers: Not sure what your rights are because it is unclear what the items are, how long you own had them and what type of store they orginated from.
If you purchased these things from Rent a center or a similar to styled business, you will have NO problems.
If you purchased a TV 13 months ago from best buy, I doubt that you will have to verbs about them allowing you to return it, they will not adopt it back (and rightfully so). I am sorry to hear that you and your husband are disabled. I hope that things bring back better for the both of you.
If he says he will sue you, next don't give the items put a bet on until the judge directives it and let him sue you.

If you are not sufficiently expert to pay nearby won't be much they can do anyway.

I would just distribute him as much as you can (even if it is $5 or $10) and see what happens.

Good luck.
surrendering something will do the samething that innards for bankrupsy will do to your credit he cant sue u as far as i know if u give it subsidise. its like have to give up your saloon and then have the loan people sue you for something you dont own anymore. if you directory for bankrupsy u can keep the stuff but your credit it pretty screwed over and its a long process
