Answers: Contact your office's payroll dept. Find out if they did send it, as they should have. If they have, get them to send you another one.
If it has been lost in the mail, notify the credit bureaus and any credit card companies you may have to put fraud alerts on your accounts as a W-2 contains your SSN.

Most allow you to repeal cash, but they charge a levy for doing so, and then the interest on the dosh withdrawal is much highly developed and is charged from day 1.
Also when you settle off the card bit by bit, the money you reimburse off go to pay the cheaper debt first on most cards.
While I totally agree next to the other answers that you will probably suffer extrodinary monetary penalties for using your card at an ATM, adjectives you need is your PIN number and you can do it (but don't whine after that when you find out how much the fees are).
