This is not the simply thing, I cannot acquire approved for anything else...are there any option for people beside bad credit? Why does credit card companies delight in making people miserable by ruining their credit?

Answers: I'm not going to restate the lucid like the first 3 posters. I'm going to donate you some much needed advice on how to take yourself out of the jam that you're surrounded by.

First, you you have to equip yourself next to tools to help you handle money, and that's with an statement of some sort. Whether it's a prepaid debit card or a bank side, this is the most important article. I'll give you an example. If you work, how do you achieve paid? In brass, a paycheck? If it is a paycheck, where do you dosh it? All this can have an effect on your pockets. If you get hold of paid contained by cash, you're more imagined to spend it, or lose it, or even worse get robbed. If you hold a paycheck, then where on earth you cash it can be a problem, especially if you use a check cashing place that can nickel and dime you over time.

Another entry that's important is how you repay the bills (assuming you do pay bills of some sort) you own. In person? Mail out a money directive? Those do work, but not anywhere as convenient as online billpay. Obviously, if you're posting questions on here, consequently you have access to the internet. So, paying bills would be only just as easy. merely by paying the bills you have prompt, can get you okay on your way fund to good credit. I would suggest hole up a checking account at a mound or credit union, or if you enjoy trouble with that, next you should look into an alternative called AccountNow. Here's a contact:

As far as that phone with a $300 deposit, I would try the prepaid route. There's profusely of companies that offer prepaid service that's affordable. Keep contained by mind that you have to way of walking before you crawl. It's possible that by man a prepaid customer for a while, you can acutally get approved on the fund end for a while later on as your credit improve.

In order to fix your credit "problem", you own to face your "problem", and the merely way to do to be precise to get your reports from adjectives 3 agencies. This way, you know where on earth you stand, where you want to be, and what it will bear to get here, and how you'll get within. It's important to know exactly what's on your reports. A lot of times, general public believe that their credit is so bad, that they don't bother to check their reports for mistakes, and trust me, mistakes DO surface. The credit bureaus don't get salaried to be accurate, they get rewarded to report. It's important that you reap reports from all 3 agencies to determine not simply who and how much you owe, but to make sure that what's on in attendance is even correct. If you do happen to find something that you're sure is not right, you should dispute next to all 3 agencies, they adjectives have an online dispute side in which you can dispute the item. Once you've made sure that there's no inaccuracy on your report, then you should arrange your debts from most recent and lowest amount to oldest and best amount. Debts that are newer than 2 years are hurting your score the worst and should be handle first. With that said, there's 2 things when it comes to bad debts and collection items that you should be aware of, the FCRA and statute of limitations. These are 2 diffferent things. The FCRA(Fair Credit Reporting Act) is the timeframe that denial items can remain on your report which is 7 1/2 years from the date it first went deliquent. For example if a debt first become delinquent July 10, 2000 the legal issue that the debt can be reported would be January 10, 2008. Also, there is a seperate statute of limitations that vary by state on how long a debt can be legally enforced. This is different from the FCRA, because depending on which state you live within the statute may or may not expire before the FCRA.

here's a correlation for that

It's possible that you can settle much older debts for far smaller quantity in exchange for getting them removed from your report altogether. This is call a "pay to delete". I posted several links explaining this within detail

Open new credit- I have mentioned earlier, around opening a checking and funds account next to a bank or credit federation, I'm going to tie that in next to what I'm about to enunciate. Some major bank (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, USBank, Orchard Bank) and some credit unions set aside secured credit cards, which are credit cards that require a deposit to establish credit. Whatever you deposit would be the credit line, for example, if you deposited $300, consequently your credit line would be $300. The deposit isn't used to compensate for what's purchased on the card, you would still need to any pay within full or make monthly minimum payments. The deposit is used one and only if the account become delinquent and goes to collections. A couple of suitable things is that you can increase the credit limit by accumulation to the deposit, which can help your win because it creates a much needed cushion between the total debt that's owed and the available credit, and also the deposit is sometimes linked to a funds account which earn interest while you're building credit, so the deposit isn't just sitting at hand. A good track to build credit with the card is to bring in small purchases ($20/month max) and pay it bad on time every month, while adding together to the deposit. Usually after a year or so, of paying it off on the dot, the card either converts to a regular card or it's upgraded to a better card, and most importantly the deposit isn't needed anymore and it's given backbone. My suggestion would be to open another secured card and repeat the process or embark on 2 at a time, which would speed things up. If you make small purchases, take-home pay it off and increase the confines, that will really help your evaluation. In the end, you'll enjoy 2 credit cards with clothed limits and an emergency fund from the deposits.

The credit card companies didn't ruin your credit: you did. Start by pulling your credit reports and verfiying the information in them. Then stop borrowing and start paying. The road vertebrae to good credit is a long, slow climb. Is there in reality such a thing as a honest credit card company surrounded by the United States ? And if not, WHY does our system allow these bandits to fleece America. Is the morning coming where we will enjoy to seek a fair credit card overseas, in a foreign country, away from American greed and coruption, contained by big business and politics ??

Answers: Though much more animated than I would have described it, you're nevertheless right on the button contained by your perceptions. But it's not predetermined to America. Big business, or in this armour the large financial corporations, whether they be credit card companies, bank, lenders, etc, are very focused on 'making money'. They are terribly friendly at the front end of soliciting your business. They proffer smiles, perks, thoughtful words and visions of eternal ably being. They want to be your friend. But...none of them are really your friend. For when something unpromising happens to you - identity embezzlement, accounting errors on their part, overcharges, etc - their smile disappears and things move. Financial attention deficit disorder sets in. Yep, I know what you tight. But I suspect that if you were to procure an opinion on duplicate subject from citizens of other countries, we'd probably hear the same complaints. And since these companies represent big business and big money, we can't expect a politician to do much to put a collar on them, if not his/her re-election piggy bank will start off to go dry.
Just cut adjectives of them and close the accounts. You can use your debit card for everything including renting a car, beside a deposit.

The credit card companies will always obtain the best of you. Especially when it comes to their fake rewards programs!

Edit: And kudos to Andy above for making a deeply good point. 99% of general public use cc's to buy things they don't have the lolly to buy - a bad, greedy practice that never ends capably.
They are all honest. You hold issues with what, interest payments? That's simple, and pointed out incredibly clearly in your agreement. Don't fetch a balance, and you won't recompense interest.

If you can't handle credit, DON'T USE IT!. It's really simple, don't blame the credit card companies for your own shortcomings.

And FYI, foreign credit card companies work on alike principles.
Don't use them.

Credit cards are just a crutch. They are accurate for nothing but going into debt.

Debt free is the opening to be!

Being denied a post due to a discrepancy on credit report, possible?

For some reason when i first get my apartment, the manager said 2 name came posterior on the credit report, due to this he denied us the apartment until I came posterior with proof from the social financial guarantee administration that I am who I am vitally. Could the same piece happen for a potential career? My report is clean and I enjoy no debt.

Answers: bring COPY of report to employer's personnel department and ASK if reason you be declined is credit report--have document surrounded by hand to PROVE the error, and if that be the reason, ask for re-consideration.
Well, it's happen to you once, in one situation, so without a doubt it can happen again surrounded by the second situation. There are not separate reporting systems for apartments than for jobs--they all look at matching credit ratings.

Do you take the opportunity to check your own credit for free once a year to see if nearby is anything weird going on next to your reports? Consumer laws be passed several years ago that provide for this. Check online with one of the big four credit agencies and find out how to do this.
