Negative remark?

Were trying to clear up my fiances collection debts. Now they all vocally said they will be marked rewarded in full but I own a feeling that is to say bs. Now all her collections are rewarded in full is near any way to capture the collection remarks removed from her credit report or are we basically screwed?

Answers: The problem is that you made a few critical mistakes.

1) You believed a collection agent. Remember, they will fib to their mothers if they can get your money.

2) You negotiate over the phone. ALWAYS get any agreement surrounded by writing.

3) Just because a debt has be paid does NOT remove the derogatory information from your report.

4) The solitary way to remove derogatory information is for the creditor to delete it. But once they hold your money you have no leverage to force them to cooperate.

Therefore, at this point the ONLY process you can get this removed is to politely ask the collection agency to delete it. But now and then will they do so.

Your only other resort is to follow Greg's advice and follow the dispute procedure, and hope that they do not respond to the credit bureau's investigation request.
You can attain them removed but you need the cooperation of the credit or collection agency.

You would want them to dispatch you "Paid In Full" letters. Not the ones that voice that you have a nothing balance (known as "Zero Balance" letters), the "Paid In Full" note states that the debt was completed and rewarded "satisfactorily".

Ask them to update what they are reporting to your credit bureau. Next step would be to call the credit bureau and articulate dispute the reporting citing the debt was remunerated satisfactorily and that it is incorrect reporting.

The credit reporting bureau will dispatch a form (a yellow form) that asks respectively creditor to update their information. Basically, the yellow form shows what is on your credit report, what you claim it is supposed to show, and asks the credit or collection agency to report what their computers show. The push button thing is that the collection agency would call for to respond within seven days.

That is the quickest agency to update your credit information, since it can take as long as six months for the creditor to update through the bureau.

What happen if the creditor doesn't report back inside seven days? The whole entry (usually) seize removed from your report.

Experian 628 Equifax 622 TransUnion 637 These are my credit score, where on earth do I stand?

And will most credit cards and dealerships approve me?

Answers: You're in the fair-good category. It depends on what else is on your credit report such as charge offs, judgements, etc. You may find approved for some decent cards but it adjectives depends on what else is on your report.
Without actually seeing what make up your scores not a soul can really tell you.

Scores are base on the following factors;

1. Pay history 35%
2. Time within bureau 15%
3. Types of credit 10%
4. New credit 10%
5. Debt to credit ratio 30%

To have the best rack up and profile you will need 3 credit card accounts (revolving) next to balances below 30% of your credit issue and 2 cars, boats, homes, furniture accounts (installment)
all beside good long compensation history's.

Do not be deceived by dignified scores, I look at credit everyday and see those with 700 score but they can't buy a car because adjectives their score is made up of is 1 credit card next to a $500.00 limit salaried 15-times and a couple of student loans.
