ATM fraud how did they do it?
My card was pick pocketed from me, 15 mins subsequent an ATM transaction was made. lb200 be taken. I filled the details to Barclays out. They are refuse to refund as they enunciate I must have told someone my pin number. No one know my Pin and it is not written down anywhere. I have not be using the card as it has a crack within it. I can not figure out how anyone can steal the card and put within the apparently correct pin. I sent for a new pin and card they sent me a modern card WITH the same pin. dont know how they get the PIN but if bank are refuse to pay contact consumer direct. If consumer direct cant sort it they usually endorse it on to trading standards
