i'm buying a car from a female. and she doenst have the title of the motor. she needs my partly of the payment to settle up it off to acquire the title.she said the company wont take a personal check from me and that i stipulation to get a teller check (made out to Chase Vehicle Exchange Inc) and give it to HER! so she can e-mail it to Chase and they'll mail it to ME! is this true?

Last Friday and the ridge wouldn't cash it. I run out of my own checkblanks and used some old ones beside another name and information on it. I moved out the payee blank and the person I give it to took it to the issuing bank and they wouldn't lolly it because the phone number was inoperable and they be suspicious. For which I am very grateful.
The being brought it back and I give them cash instead and apologized for the trouble.
