Landlords, when they do a credit check, don't care too much about your credit card debt or other kind of debt - they want to make sure you don't owe back rent to someone else, because that indicates you would be very likely to stiff them on their rent. Any back-owed rent would likely show up as a judgement on your credit report, and a landlord can definitely decline your application on those grounds. So your score can be anything - even so low you don't even get a score - they just want to know you pay your rent.
