I a moment ago have 13 glum items delete?
I disputed some negative items on my credit folder there be 13 different account I have NO knowledge of.All 13 hold been delete.
I have rewarded off 7 different bills surrounded by feb. (6 were low constrict credit cards)
The 3 bills in collections I enjoy remaining will be paid surrounded by full around 3/01/08 with clear to delete agreements.
Will my credit score sky rocket?

Kat - Pay to delete are perfectly legalized. The law say that the reports must be "fair and accurate" but they are not bound by statute to report these accounts. The creditors can report accounts at their own discretion as long as they are fair and accurate. Since a compensate to delete removes the listing, their is no report that requests to be "fair and accurate."

First of all Pay to Delete agreements are HIGHLY ILLEGAL. That constitutes fraud on the element of the collector. They usually will not delete because they are bound by law. If it is truly a collection company, ask them to validate the debt and convey you a copy of the contract that you signed with them for this tale. Tell then that you researched the side and cannot find anything that shows that you owe this. They cannot prove this because you never signed anything with them. They will bring up to date you that they are collecting for the original tale holder. Chances are that the original side holder charged it off which by canon they have to do after 6 months. Once they own charged it off their insurance pays them contained by full and the account is nothing out. They sell these "fiat" accounts for 10 cents on the dollar and next the colledtion companies say they bought the rights to collect which is a falsehood because the original narrative was rewarded in full by the insurance company. Therefore cannot collect rightfully. Try to get anything that you can surrounded by writing so that you can legally dispute this once they cannot transport you proof. Do everything by certified mail. Also, every state have a different statue, here in Califonria, if you do not produce any payment arragement or promises to reimburse, after 4 years you no longer owe the debt.
Also, the fast that you get 13 items off tell me that they were out-of-date. They probably didn't effect your credit score that much any more. So you chalk up may not go up that much.
If you choose to salary them off, sort sure you settle for 20 cents on the dollar, that is a 100% return on their money. B of A is settling adjectives their old credit card debt for 20 cnets on the dollar because they money they lent you never really existed. Check out the movie

It will budge up quite a bit, but may not "skyrocket" tons of those things will remain in effect for a few months. Check it contained by 60 days. You will definatley see an increase.
