I thought numi was a tea.
$200 boundary is not very large.
I bet that there is some other origin for the denial.
You might need to step with a secured credit card until you can bring back your debt under control
In the meantime, since you be denied you are entitled to a copy of your credit report free of charge so get it and see what the problems are on it and work to fix them.
I need to fix my credit. Is there any company that dose that?(Helping people to fix and improve their credit?)?
Answers: NO there is NOT any company that can FIX your credit. There ARE MANY who will charge you a good deal of money to consolidate your monthly payments and negotiate your interest rates. The BEST thing to do is to make a plan, call your creditors one at a time try to get a settlement offer in WRITING and slowly pay things off. I suggest going to daveramsey.com for some of the best financial advice there is. Teaching you how to live within your means and get out & stay out of debt.
PLEASE do not believe all those companies out there - they are ripoffs!
The best way to fix your credit is to pay off delinquent debts, reestablish good credit and give it time. Monitor your reports and dispute delinquent accounts the moment they are paid off, sometimes they go away. Pay all of your bills on time and keep your available balances on your credit cards as high as possible.
There is no magic bullet, period. I would even recommend against borrowing more money because if your credit is bad they'll just give you a super high rate.
Debt management companies are springing up everywhere. These companies help "manage" your debt by taking one monthly payment from you and distributing the money among your creditors, with whom they've often worked out lower payments and lower interest. This is not a loan as with debt consolidation. Sometimes people get the two confused. However, because Americans are up to their eyeballs in debt, the debt management business has become one of the fastest-growing industries today.
Companies like AmeriDebt and Consurmer Credit Counseling Service can help you get better interest rates and lower payments, but at a price. When you use one of these companies and then try to get a Conventional, FHA, or VA loan, you will be treated the same as if you had filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mortgage underwriting guidelines for traditional mortgages will consider your credit trashed, so don't do it. Real debt help is found only in changing your behavior.
Can I put a lien on a vehicle for debt collections purposes?
This is in the state of Minnesota. I hold a small claims judgement against someone. I recently found out that he have gotten a vehicle (that was unfamiliar as collateral for the money I lent him). The vehicle is titled in his nickname only...even though I am sure his girlfriend compensated for it. I am wondering if there is a possibility if I could put a lien on the vehicle for purposes of collecting this debt. I am within the process of finding out if there is currently another lien on the vehicle.Answers: Yes, but solely by going back to court and getting a court proclaim to do so. Then he won't be able to go it without big your judgment first. Of course if he keep it, it won't affect his life. You might want to look at have the sheriff take and go it to satisfy your debt instead.
If it wasn't put up as collateral, next you don't have any rights to his vehicle.
If he isn't paying the judgement, afterwards you need to turn to the judge and explain it to him.
This is precisely the foundation why you obtained a shrewdness in the first place. If the debtor have acquired (or owns) any solely owned assets, you own the right to have those assets seized surrounded by order to make happy the debt.
If there is no other lien on the vehicle, contained by most states you can file for repossession by having the sports car levied since you enjoy a judgment.
1. Visit like peas in a pod small claims court that you received judgment,
2. File a levy against the vehicle,
3. The sheriff's department will serve the levy and enjoy the car impounded for a term of time to allow the debtor to pay.
4. If not remunerated, the vehicle will be sold at Sheriff's Sale with the lattice proceeds applied towards the debt.
Sounds way too simple, right?
You will expected be required to post a bond in the amount of your acumen that will be defaulted contained by the event that it turns out that there be a lien against the vehicle. You will be required to pay that lien rotten so make sure you aren't missing anything. You will also be responsible for adjectives costs involved including the filing tax, the cost of the pick up, the cost of storage, and the cost of the sale so craft sure that there is sufficient effectiveness in the vehicle to at lowest cover these costs.
The clerk of the court where you received the sentence should be able to provide you details as to how to run about the process.
Good luck and I hope this help!
