Credit Questions and Answers

How does a divorce mess up your credit?

Answers: Whether or not divorce messes up your credit depends on the people involved. Anything you bought together, will continue to be reported in both your names. If you each get awarded one car, but your name is on the other loan too, it looks like you have two loans to pay. If the other person stops paying, it looks like you have stopped paying.

When the creditor granted the credit, it was based on both of your incomes and credit scores. You getting divorced doesn't change his expectation of getting paid.
A divorce in itself doesn't affect your credit. It's the joint accounts when the ex doesn't pay.

Even if the divorce degree makes the ex responsible, if the ex don't pay the bills, the creditors will come after you and all the lates, collections, judgments, etc will show up on your credit as well as the ex.

Re PayDay Loans - I go to bring in a return on my loan and the place have a "Office for Lease" sign up.

Does anyone know what I do now? They enjoy my postdated check - I've been making payments because I don't own the full amount. Can they arbitrarily cash my check? Thank you.

Answers: Get the bread ASAP as they WILL cash your check. If there's another organization in town, contact them right now. And don't use Payday loans ever again as the interest rates they charge are typically 180 to 300%.

A site I've recommended in the recent past would be...

Hope that helps.
These places MUST be registered next to the Secretary of State to do business in your state. Callethem and grant them all of the relevant details you hold about the company. Also, if you do NOT acquire some GOOD answers in 1 week, put a stop expenditure on the check.

Your legal defense for this is that you own made SOME attempt to make the weekly paymyents but their "going out of Business" trick very soon puts your loan payments at risk. (They could unjustly enrich themselves by cashing your check and the excess ennumeration would not be worth your taking them to court for the difference)

Stop the check and label THEM come after you for the balance due AT THE TIME OF THEIR GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. No more interest should be remunerated by you on this loan until they make it clear as to WHERE you should formulate your payments and to whom.

Does making minimum payments singular for few months on credit card, harm credit win?

I went through some rough situations just now. I was forced to use my credit cards for medical emergency because i didnt enjoy health insurance. I also be forced to pay university tuition on credit card instead of student loan because student loan get canceled after i was academically sitting for most of last year.

And later someone sued me because my rottweiler bite his leg, and i used convenience checks to pay him several thousands of dollars since i lost the court satchel.

As a result of all this, i'm below massive credit card debt. I have something like $3000 in the ridge, and that is not satisfactory to pay adjectives credit cards in full. I hold maxed out on almost all credit cards.

I own surrendered my car too & use bus to commute immediately. I graduate in May near a bachelor degree within math & that is the with the sole purpose hope to help row this debt.

But until then i can simply make minimum pay due. I always wage minimum on time & i hold no choice but to do minimum payment till May. Will it spoil my credit score?

Answers: You are doing the best that you can during these difficult times.

I'm not sure what you be going to by "I had to surrender my sports car." If you gave your motor back to the hill, that could possibly hurt your credit score.

Making the minimum payments respectively month shouldn't hurt your credit score. I wouldn't verbs about it.

Eventually, you'll bring a descent job and you'll know how to pay your bills sour completely,

Good luck.
Based on the balances that you give and your available credit limit that will hurt your evaluation. Just making the minimum payment will not hurt it. It is have a high set off to available credit ratio that will hurt it. But it still will not destroy your credit. I own people beside those balances and restrictions and their score be still around 700 more or less.

The big article that would be hurting you is surrendering your car. On your credit report it will indicate any "reposession" or "surrender" depending on how the financial institution report it. Most creditors will view it as a repo.

With adjectives that said I can totally understand your situation since I am a adjectives student as well. I not long decided to transmutation career path and I am now going to academy full time and it did a number on my expenses and I had to max out my credit cards as economically. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Just know that the struggles you are going through at the moment will all be worth it once you catch your degree.
Credit card companies don't report the dollar amount of your money, just if it be on time or not. The amount of your transmittal has unquestionably no affect on your score.

Carrying balance are what will affect your score. Balances of more than 30% of your available credit restrain, hurt your credit score. But when you settle up them back down, your rack up will rebound.
