How does a credit card become a money?

Answers: Using a credit card is actually taking out a crazy high interest rate loan. The bank that issues the card pays for your stuff and you pay back the bank two or three times what you bought the item for in the first place.

If you have the discipline to pay in full you must have the cash. Dun & Bradstreet did a little piece of research that is really interesting. It said if you pay cash you spend 12-18 percent less because it hurts. When you go to dinner and you lay down a $50 bill, when they don't bring much back, you realize you bought dinner. When you do that with a credit card, you do not emotionally register the expenditure and tend to spend more. You'll spend more, by far, than you would ever get back in "brownie points." Most brownie points aren't that usable anyway. I'm on a tube with wings all the time, and I have enough frequent flyer miles to choke a horse, but Jupiter's got to be aligned with Mars to use them. Everyone thinks they are going to beat up Discover card, but 78 percent of the people do not pay their plastic off every month. You cannot play with a multi-billion dollar corporation at their game and think you're gonna win. Play with snakes and you're gonna get bit. I use a Visa debit card when I travel. I use cash for everything else.

Added to my husbands credit card (he is the primary) will it affect me?

hello everyone!

Does anyone have an Idea if this situation will affect me? I only came to america concluding year and NEVER used a credit card in my existence... so being so Naive, my husband added me to his credit card and said that I could use it of late in overnight case of an emergency...but I have NEVER used it. He be laid off contained by September and hasn't paid his credit card bad ever since... My question is... have no credit history and have never used those credit cards (just hold those cards with my name on it) will it affect me? I hope not..I will be very grief-stricken if it does cuz I dont have any responsibility for his debt(his debt-before we get married). thanks!!

Answers: Lavender is incorrect surrounded by both her statements for the most part.

It depends on if you are timetabled as an authorized buyer or joint story holder.

Authorized buyer's credit is not effected by the card as they are not finacially responsible for it, while a amalgamated account holder is and their credit evaluation can be effected for better or worse.
