What you do from there depends on what is wrong.
I don't know what a "cheak" is but if you are trying to ask how to remove an item from your credit report that does not belong to you, dispute the item next to the credit bureau as not being yours. If it's your parents, indicate that.
If this is a situation where on earth your parents used your info to open accounts and default, you will have to database a police report and sign affidavits for the creditor. Your parents will be pursued for the debt.
I really dont understand your question are you trying to dispute something or are you trying to get info for your parents to assist fix their credit?

I pulled my report and there were about 10 entries from companies I have never heard of. I called about it and was told that these were 'soft pulls' and they will not effect your score

However the credit card/financing companies have been allowed to purchase mailing lists from the credit reporting agencies from all people within a certain FICO score rating for instance. This is where your "pre-screened" credit offers come from.
If you apply for anything, loan, Credit Card, store cards etc. then yes. Others do it because you have agreed to info from 3rd parties (probably inadvertantly?) these enquiries should not affect your credit rating though

Are you trying to remove your only Credit dash to them or to replace this card with another? I'd dispense it 24hours and try again either mode. If you can't sort it then email them, they usually answer greatly quickly.
