Credit Questions and Answers

My sister have a credit mark of 570..?

She also has 3 judments against her, but i guess she is going to try and pay envelope off a couple of debts soon, will the judgements, although already within action, verbs to bring down her score, or own they done thier damage?

Thanks alot for your help out.

Answers: This is a tough luck case. A 570 credit rack up is not a terrible ranking but certainly far from a well brought-up score.

Three judgment against her is the difficult part here. Paying up on lone one or two judgments won't relieve, she would need to wage all of them otherwise it is useless. If she be to pay adjectives of them today she would have these judgment on her credit report for 7 years from today. If they are already quite antediluvian I would suggest doing some research before making any payments.

I have a state tax lein placed against me surrounded by error. I received a letter from the state verify that the lein was placed within error. I disputed the lein on my credit file and sent a copy of the memorandum. The lein stayed on my credit report for 7 years eventhough it was an error. There is little or nought you can do to change public chronicles.

The point here is that even if she pays, the judgements will remain on her credit report for at least 7 more years.

When it comes to your credit report, what are public register items?

It says I hold no potentially negative items on mine..

Answers: That's right! Keep it that way.

Public Records include:

> Bankruptcies;

> Tax Liens. A tariff lien is a claim by a federal, state, or local government for the return of unpaid taxes; and

> Judgments. A judgment, also particular as a "suit" or "legal item", is a stretch by a court of law requiring the fee of an unpaid debt.
