Further processing of Target Credit Card after pre-approval?
I received a pre-approval slip from Target, and I applied for the credit card. After submitting my application, the slip said "requires further processing", and that they will contact me within 10 days. I purely called the phone number for Credit Services to see if I could check the status of the processing, and adjectives they told me was that I would receive a mail response.I was below the impression that if you applied from a pro-approval slip, you be guaranteed either a Target Visa card, or a Target Credit Card, as long as you could prove who you are, and could enter into a valid contract. Why the mystery, consequently?
Answers: Both these links will give you the Target give support to you needs and answer your quiz. Best wishes!
1st Link is a Target manager answering this people question and it will make available you some insight.

no it doesn't if you read the small print it will say to the affect, that you met convinced requirments and upon futher review then you will eighter be accpet or decline and if you are have to wait you hold been decline and that they own to it by mail not over the phone nor can they share you over the phone. But once you get your decline message you have 30 days to respone vertebrae and get a detail credit history report for free.
Question roughly bleak credit within Canada?
1. I heard after six years they will delete your credit history is it true?2. How do I check if how doomed to failure it is without renew?
3. If any company or employer check your credit, they start to count all over again? from the light of day was checked?
Thanks
Answers: 1 Yes.
2 Go to the website of the credit bureaus. One is www.equifax.ca, I don't hold th other handy right now. They adjectives tend to have like data anyway. There, you can ask for a simple report to be mail, or you can pay for an direct online copy.
3 No. Credit inquiries can, if there are too several in a little, indicate you are looking for more credit, which can lower your score. This is explained further on the website of the bureau. But they own no effect of the timing of credit history items.
Employers cannot check your credit history unless you specifically authorize it, and I can't see why anyone would unless their job required it. It's none of their business. If you discover an employer (or potential employer) have run your credit history without your assent, which they could only own done if they were a reporting company (a ridge, for instance), you have a lawful claim for invasion of privacy, and should immediately thieve it up with the company AND the credit bureaus.
1. Yes and No.
Almost everything except governing body student loans will disappear from your credit report 6 years after the "delinquency" date (that is the date you defaulted on the loan/creditcard/etc).
You should be wary, however, because actions similar to paying a small amount to the creditor "renew" the debt and reset the clock on that six years.
2. There are three credit reporting agencies (or Bureaus) in Canada, they are Equifax, Transunion and Northern Credit (the first two are the biggest), and you should request your credit report (for free by mail) from the links below;
http://www.equifax.com/EFX_Canada/consum...
http://www.transunion.ca/ca/personal/cre...
http://www.creditbureau.ca/ENGLISH/your_...
Accessing your credit report does not renew the debt, but providing your current address and contact information to the credit bureaus may organize creditors to your door, so be aware of the consequences.
3. No, credit "inquiries" do not reset the date on your debts, they do lower your FICO score slightly, but it sounds close to thats the least of your concerns.
Good luck!
They should delete it after seven years and six months. You can buy your own FICO win and free credit file. Check for the later "Date Reported:" and add seven years. That is when they will delete it from your folder. They cannot move forward a date if you are just checking your report. Although the collection agency might see that you are checking your credit folder and may restart pursuing to collect from you.
