Credit Questions and Answers

Financing asks for paystubs and info after approval and contract? Someone aid me please!?

Me and my co-signer, my boyfriend, went to buy a sports car for me last week on wednesday. okay, everything went smooth, we get approved for auto financing and made a 36 mo. deal, signed adjectives the papers needed to sign, and drove off the lot contained by the car. I have a 6. mo warrenty on the car so yesterday I took it surrounded by to a dif. business other than the dealership (because that's where on earth the dealer said to go) and have some things fixed. when i go to pick it up today, they communicate me i can't have my key. I have to sermon to the dealer first. so i call him and he said that the credit financing center wanted me and my cosigners paycheck stubs and 4 reference. ok- i thought that everything was fine and taken charge of, but i happen to own a few stubs on me and write down a few references for the saloon shop to fax to the dealership. I get the key and head to work. consequently at 8:30 (a) night the dealership call my cosigner and says they call for more paycheck stubs, the ones i had weren't perfect enough apparently.
I hold no more information to give them! we already signed a contract and be approved for credit and made a deal for financing. I give them the pay stubs we have, they said the ones for my cosigner don't reflect what he said he made on the application, but on the application he put that he have a regular paying job, and an below the table job, and they won't adopt it if he has his boss notorize a statement stating he is paying him beneath the table. what could they do? can they break the contract and take my motor back? can they speak i didnt get finaced afterall and own to pay better monthly payments or intrest?

Answers: I think that I would contact an attorney.
I also meditate that I would NOT tell anyone else EVER that I be getting paid beneath the table (this could haunt your boyfriend later)

I also mull over I would have call the police if the third party would enjoy attempted to hold my car and /or key on behalf of the dealership...I would have be livid and they would have certain it too.
How dare they try that shyt! I would have accuse them of theft kidnap or whatever other charge the police would hold entertained. THAT took some huge ball to pull stale a stunt like that.

This sounds close to a buy here pay here lot. No reputable company would treat customers within this manner. Please turn to www.ripoffreport.com and see if your car dealership is nominated there. here might be others that are thinking of a class action lawsuit against them and you can incorporate your story there so that they can contact you. (the site is free to use and I am not affiliated next to it in any way)

Consider beside your attorney what your options are.
I am not sure I would want to verbs to do business with this dealership, it sounds resembling a bit of bait and switch to me.
I don't know what state you are in so I enjoy no idea what your option are but an attorney sure would.
Maybe you should repost this in "legal" or "law" for better insist on.

Can a credit card charge a tax for taking transmittal over the phone?

I heard from someone that Chase Visa cannot charge you a duty to take a fee over the phone in the state of Kansas. Is that true for adjectives credit cards, or just for VISA or focal credit cards? Does it apply for private-company credit cards?

I asked this private company if they accept credit card expenditure so I could get rid of this debt next to the company (long story), but was never advise there would be a charge for it. I paid it using my Discover card, and found after that that a phone fee be charged. On a separate occasion, I have called a separate phone number and be advised a tax for checking account debit over the phone.

Answers: NEVER income a private company over the phone for a debt.
Contact the orginal debtor directly and see if you can make a stipend arrangement with them. If that does not work own the 'private company' send you an invoice...
the clear with postal money direct so that you can be assured that they dont have your strange credit information and that they cannot charge you more than you agreed to pay. The 'private company' is a collection company which may or maynot report the debt salaried in a timely mode. This means that your credit report still have a blemish on it even after it has be paid.
I dont know if they can charge a payment but I do know that YOU have the substitute on refusing to earnings the fee and making payments contained by a way that you be aware of most comfortable with.
Chances are they tried to 'befriend' you beside an option that be only honest for the duration of the phone call.
If it is collections what difference will the 6 morning postal delay really be paid?
Most of those workers are being rewarded on commission
chances are the 'great deal' that they give you was more than they ever hoped to get better
so dont allow them to bully you.if you have NOTHING within writing, they can list that money as a partial payment and come fund in a month and notify you that they never agreed to settle the account for that amount. At smallest if you request it in writing you will enjoy PROOF of what they stated.
Yes. I can't even pay my electric bill online or over the phone next to them charging some $4 fee. I other send them a check.

On Oprah :-) I've seen inhabitants renegotiating their credit interest rate. Is it possible to do this with a South African home loan? Has anyone tried and what be your experience?

Answers: It is almost impossible to change the rate if the contract have been signed, however if you shop around for a latest bank to purloin over the bond you Will more than likely grasp them to cut it, or fix it at a constant rate for say 5 years.

With the trial credit act the bank are hard up for unmarked business, and most of the time they pay adjectives the legal fees.
