Do all credit, debit, or gift cards have fees? if so what kind?
Answers: no gift cards have fees but there are some credit cards that have fees like amex (american express) debit cards also have no fees. so just worry mostly about credit cards.

Why NAB Australia doesn't have platinum credit card surrounded by their card portfolio?! I mean how can they stay competitive beside other banks close to CBA, WPAC and ANZ? It's interesting to see all other dune offer platinum but not NAB...
