Answers: You should be capable of dispute the charge. Disputes have to be within WRITING and sent to the dispute address.

The clock is ticking, and I am not sure the time limit to database a dispute. Look at an statement and see if there is some info on the support.

My concern is the fact that this is an international transaction, and the dispute rules may change from the US rules.
Also did you do a debit transaction? If so then different rules may apply within.

Call your credit card company and ask for the Disputes Department. Let them know what happened and communicate them you want to dispute the charge and be refunded. They will describe you what they can do.
Also, try finding an authority to lodge a complaint with.I hold found the site below...but I have never used it myself.
What is the designation of the website. You need to win in contact near your credit card and you also need to write a dispute message to the supposed service provider and the cc company.

Does anyone know whats the lowest your credit score can be to get a home loan with no cosigner in Iowa?

Answers: Do you know what your credit score is? Perhaps some of us can help you from personal experience?
If you have a 0 fico score from not borrowing money you can get a home loan with manual underwriting. It's not a sub prime loan. It's the way it was done before all the fico score worship. You can get the lowest interest rates available.

If you have a low score from borrowing money and not paying it back your not gonna be able to do manual underwriting.
Well, a couple of things you might want to consider.I've had good luck here...

Is there anyone out there that who knows of a way to repair your credit quickly and leagly?

Answers: There is no way to "repair" your credit quickly. However some things that you can do to help your current credit situation is to keep all delinquent accounts up to date. Make payments early or on time. Pay at least 3x more than your credit card bill says your minimum payment should be, and you really shouldn't have more than 3 credi cards. Make sure that if anything had escalated to collections that you pay it off first. Try not to have any outstanding balances. Hope this helps.
You didn't ruin your credit quickly, so you can't repair it quickly. Go to a credit counseling service..arrange to pay off your bills (this make take up to 7 years)

THAT is the best way to repair bad credit
Depends on what you mean by "repair." If you want something to take your credit score from 300 to 700 in a week, there's really no way to do that.

It's not something that happens quickly. You'll have to pay off your bills, keep a decent earnings/debt ratio, keep a decent amount of credit open for use (and not use it), and of course, pay bills on time.

Depending on your situation, you might recover 100 points within several months and keep climbing from there.
There's a few things you can do.

First, get a secure credit card and make sure that it shows up on your credit report.

Get a copy of your credit report and make sure it is accurate. More than likely, it contains many errors. If you see an errors, have it corrected.

Nolo Press has a great book called "Credit Repair." (It should be available at your library.)

Another good book is "Good Credit is Sexy." (Your library probably won't have it, but you can get it through inter-library loan.)

Good luck.
There is NO QUICK way to get debt free or repair credit...but the ARE ways to make it manageable and pay it off in a reasonable period of time.
This is the best formula to pay off debt, and give you room to consolidate it later.

- First, take all your cards and lock them up. Cut them up if you think you'll spend on them.
- Then call each of your cards and find out what your minumum payments and interest rates are. (While your calling, ask if they can reduce your interest. it can't hurt and they hear it every day so don't feel embarassed)
- Set the cards up in order of highest interest to lowest. (In the event that all the cards are at the same interest rate, set them up from lowest balance to highest balance)
- Set up your payments so you pay the minimum payments on all of your cards, BUT, pay extra on the card with the high interest rate/balance. (As much as you can reasonably afford...keep groceries and living costs in mind...don't short yourself too much, but try to pay the minimum plus half...And remember, one night out less per week can really add up)
-If you get a bonus, or extra on taxes...put SOME if not all of it towards the high interest card ONLY.

The goal is to pay off the high interest card as fast as possible, and then work on the others.

Keep this in mind as well, most cards will not let you max them out with balance tranfers. This means that if you get a 1500.00 card, you may only be able to transfer 1000.00 of it to the balance.

Once you pay off the high interest card, move to the next highest. Add the minimum you were paying on the old card to the minumum you have already been paying.

If you are past due on any, then I reccomend calling the card with the highest interest, setting up a plan to pay it to good standing...keeping up on the minimum monthly payments on the others.then after the first one is caught up.work on any others that are still behind...

Take it one step at a time and remember this...if you are getting collection calls, answer and ask how to send in a Cease and Desist. It is a request you mail or fax that forbids the card companies to call you. They can only mail you letters.
There is no way to quickly repair bad credit -- legal or illegal. You need a miniumu of 24 months of consistent,on time payment history to improve your score.

If you are carrying balances on credit cards, pay them off. Carrying balances of more than 30% hurts your score. Paying them off can give you a big increase.

You can work on paying off old debt but that won't improve your score. It will make your credit report look better and creditors do look at the whole credit report.

Start with the newest derogatory item and work backwards. The older the item, the less impact on your score. You can also settle older items for much less than the balance. Lump sum gets the best deals. Payment plans have to be short term. Get any settlement agreement in writing and don't allow them access to your bank account. You can ask for delete for payment -- some will, some won't.
Try this one , it will help you get your credit get repaired fast and also teach you how to do it to earn income doing the same thing to help people get their credit repaired.. this system really will show you how to do it as a home-based business, i bet credit repair companies don't want you to know these info.
