Payment terms/30 days strictly lattice - Why network and not gross?
When companies give stipend terms they recurrently say 'salary 30 days strictly net'. Surely they would want the complete payment e.g gross. Net is apparently the amount not including VAT. Why would a company insist on just the network amount being payed and not the full gross amount?Answers: I'm thinking the network amount is just what they are charging you surrounded by interest. Its a great way for them to variety money and keep you surrounded by debt. Is it an interest only loan? Or a credit card of some characteristics?
Because they would lose out if the VAT rate was suddenly increased.

If you deposited a counterfeit cheque, used the money and then was notified by the bank that the cheque was no good then you are responsible for the cash.
You can report the matter to the police, provide information as to the person who sent the cheque, email address etc, but when it's all said and done you're going to have to pay the money back to the bank.
Of course I'm just guessing here, more information as to precisely what happened would be helpful.

There has been a scam where someone will purchase something from you and 'pay' over the amount of what they owe you. Then they will request that you pay them the remainder. Most often they want this money via western union.
If you pay via western union there is not much chance that these people will be found.
Meanwhile, you are left holding the bag.
