Credit Questions and Answers

Will my business credit cards flurry affect my personal credit history and FICO win?

I am a self employed photographer and own my own photography business. I have several personal credit cards and several business credit cards I use for business expenses. As I am preparing to buy a home I lately requested my credit reports and FICO scores from adjectives three credit bureaus. I did not see my business credit cards showing up on any of the 3 credit reports. Why is this as I thought my "business" cards were freshly regular credit cards with the term of my business on them? Since I do have substantial balance on these cards from my business expenses will this effect my FICO score even though these business cards do not show up on my credit reports?

Answers: The cards that you don't see showing up on your personal credit will not factor into your FICO rack up, as long as you pay them in good time. On a normal personal credit card, if you have run up the balance on these cards, the depiction would show up on your credit report, and the high stability would negatively impact your FICO score. This will not appear with these business credit cards.

However, if you start paying them postponed, or "walk away" from the debt, they will later appear negatively on your credit. Even though these accounts are not showing up on your credit now, when you give them your social security number and signed the card applicant agreement, you personally guaranteed the card, which allows the credit card company to come after you instinctively IF there is a defaulting.

Not all "business credit cards" operate this style. The cards that you have are right ones. It is obviously a markedly big advantage to be capable of rack up charges - even max it out to the card limit, however not have that depress your FICO ranking.

Many companies, such as Advanta and Capital One, will buy lists of modern businesses and market "business credit cards" to business owners - they show surrounded by pictures on the mailers that your company 's name will be on the card. However, copious of these offering are the type of cards which will show up on your personal credit report. They are just regular credit cards that hold been cleverly market to business owners.

If it is a real business credit card, after the payments get reported to one or more of the business credit bureaus: Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business. On a actual business credit card, if you've personally guaranteed the narrative, the money is actually lent to your company, beneath the company EIN, and unless you default on the debt, the reason doesn't get reported on your personal credit.

If you want to be sure that a business credit card you are applying for won't show up on your personal credit, call for the company prior to applying and ask the representative (or better yet, their supervisor) whether the card reports on your personal credit and whether or not it reports to any Dun & Bradstreet or Experian Business Solutions.

Is a credit rating just a fancy term for how good of a drone someone is?

Answers: Credit ratings are just another way of labeling people.

if you have no or bad credit than you're poor. If you have alright credit than you're middle class, if you're score is great than you're rich. but that's not realistic, but it is the way some loan companies look at it.

well, just make sure you pay your internet bill. We'd be sad without you!

I like paying bills because it reminds me I'm an adult and out of my parents house.
It's more a rating on how responsible someone is.

People (businesses) don't like to lend money to individuals who have a habit of never paying anything back or even paying for what they already bought (credit card debt).

Seriously, if someone asked you for a thousand dollars and you knew you'd never get it back, how willing would you be to part with it?
I think credit rating is a way to seperate and categorize people

as for your comment about not caring about your credit.you should.everything now days is based on our credit

when you get insurance for your house, car etc. they pull your credit now and your premium is based on your credit rating;

in order to get utilities they run your credit; to get a decent job they require you to have good credit;

have a good weekend
yes. absolutely. 100%. credit rating.please.

i cant give an account you why you are not getting $600; i can only suggest that you hail as IRS and have them explain (once it's public servant that this rebate will actually be done)
