My husband is receiving call from a collection agency. We did not give them the home number which is contained by my sister's name. My sister lives beside us.
Somehow they managed to purchase the private, restricted, unlisted phone number. I called our phone service provider to verify that we do not enjoy a published number. According to their records the number is unlisted and restricted, and also non-published.
We lately mailed out the salary to this credit card company.
How would this collection agency get our number? Also,

So i joined this gym give or take a few a month ago. And after the first week i stopped going. I used a credit card to pay, but i canceled the credit card more or less a month after i joined the gym.
So i thought once i canceled the card, it would undo my membership, so i never go again to the gym.
Recently i got a voicemail clich¨¦ i owed $410. Which i had no clue it be adding up, since i never received any statements.

I really obligation help considering, i never go to the gym after that first week, and they just tolerate me know NOW.
I would really hate to earnings for something i did not even go to, i even salaried the $115 sign up fee. And this be a day after going to the gym.
