Do you have to imbue out any papers or anything or can u just over the counter purchase it? How much does it cost and any strings attached?Answers: You can buy them at stores but, it cost to nouns them, and to withdraw money, and to use the atm, etc. I wouldn't use them newly from all the money you lose from it.
Yes i own a prepaid MasterCard and its great you don't have to salary to top it up if you do it at a post office its free. I hold paid for my holiday on my card here is a charge of 2% with this. I deduce it is well worth have as you cant spend money you have not get.

That would depend on if the merchant accepts A. Express, ask the vendor, if not use it for paypal (check retailer takes paypal)
