Answers: only service i know that allows you to charge on your phone bill is those sex lines and chat lines

Answers: There are those that will loan money to those with no credit, but they're going to charge extra for it (due to the increased risk) not less (as above).
Good luck, and watch out for scams (the biggest red flag you should watch for, never send them any money before they forward the loan to you...PERIOD).
A loan for 150,000 at 0.2 percent and inflation is more than 3% that company is losing money badly.. Banks borrow money from the feds at 2-4%. Im pretty sure banks would be coming to those people. less then 1% wow.

I made an command near PayPal and it give me 2 approaching payments instead of 1...?
Ok I was order on http://www.drugstore.com and my first try sending the transmittal through PayPal I got an error and contained by result I got a near-term payment on paypal. Then I try order a second time and it goes through and surrounded by result I now enjoy 2 pending payments to http://www.drugstore.com. Ok in a minute the weird item is, on when I click the details for the most recent pending demand It says this:Original Order|Order To drugstore.com|Pending|-$29.35
Related Transaction|Pending Balance Payment|Placed|-$29.00
So $29.00 is missing adjectives in a few second while my order on drugstore.com is still processing...
So be I robbed? What happened? Also when I click details for the Related Transaction it say Transfer To: PayPal
Why the hell did PayPal take my money? I'm so confused... Can someone please relate me what just happen?
And why is the Related Transaction payment .35 smaller number than the original amount owed?
$29.35 be my grand total and PayPal take $29.00??

Answers: I have see it before, where on earth they have taken integral dollar amounts, and then charge the cents on a second transaction, and some times I own also seen where on earth the transaction has gone through twice, check near paypal and make sure that you are not billed twice.
