The pin in the coffin is whether you're asking this because he asked you to dispatch HIM some money before he could issue the loan.
If he did ask for the money it is almost indubitably a scam. Run, don't walk, away and forget roughly it.
I don't know this person. I hope you are going through a capably
known company and not an individual that you don't know? If you don't even know if he is lawful then you should look
at a place of business where on earth you can trust them.
Sounds like a hoax to me...a email that usually comes from the UK and also Nigeria...I would report them as spam...I really doubt this is legit..
AND ALWAYS REMEMBER IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS...

If this person is using a free e-mail address and/or requests money upfront (especially wired thru Western Union) it's a scam.

Don't do it. He is not TRUE. I sent him about 1000.00 and he took rotten with it. Pass this to everyone you know. He have a fake address and he ges by closely of different names. Go through a legit company, he is not authentic. It is a scam. He will make you transport a bucnch of money and he sends a fake license also. He will detail you that other people are the fake usinghis name to label it sound polite. He is the fake. He will even describe you that he is working with the police over within to catch these those. Not real. His address is surrounded by the middle af a road in the integrated kingdom.
