Can I uncontest things on my credit report?
I'm looking to buy a house in November and I read an article that said to purely contest everything negative on your report and see what happen. I had nil worse then a few 30 afternoon past and a bunch of "ok's" intent I had compensated ontime. Well it looks like on Equifax they removed adjectives my ok's but left the couple "30 afternoon past dues" My equifax mark is over 50 points lower then my other two. Equifax does not hold one "ok" under any of my accounts but nothing of the late notice went away. Is that because I contested this or does equifax of late not record the "ok's" close to the other two? If so, is there anything I can do to bring my oks back? I really want to grasp a house!Answers: i dont know what you read but their info was WRONG
Equifax can't respond to your request to make the addition of or remove anything on your credit report
That request must be submitted by the creditors
So gather adjectives your reports and write down the items that are on the other reports and ask that specific creditor to send your gift history to Equifax
that might work but i'm not sure...its worth the try
The article gave you desperate advice.
The lone items you can contest are inaccurate ones.
Want to apply for a credit card but got bad credit history... does anybody know who can help?
Answers: well since you have bad credit history why not start with a secured credit card and work your way up
a secured credit card will have the same affect on your credit history if you pay on time
Orchard Bank offers secured credit cards
Go to aspirecard.com and mytributecard.com, they usually give credit cards to people with bad credit.
Good Luck
If you haven't been able to control your spending habits in the past, then it's probably not a good idea to get a credit card. Things can get out of hand very easily when you don't have to pay anything up front. It would probably be better to manage the money you do have rather than charge money you won't be able to pay back.
check out www.fastcreditcardapprovals.com and go under poor or no credit section.

Do you feel the recession in the US affecting your life and finance?
Answers: Its not affecting me at all - in fact, I just got a raise and make more then I ever did in previous job's.
It's not bothering mine. but then I'm not in a job that's affected by anything happening in the US.
Oh, I love hearing Americans moan about the price of gas. It's just not funny enough, when you consider that in Britain the price of one litre is (at my local petrol station) £1.0399.
You get 3.785 litres to a US gallon. And the exchange rate US/ UK is roughly $2 = £1. That's roughly $7.85 per a US gallon.
Do the math for yourselves. You aren't even close to expensive gas. It's just more expensive than it used to be.
not yet. It's still too early to tell. If it drags on for several years then it could.
