So I have to post it first to seize the payment? Does that nouns right.Answers: Usually the buyer pays the seller first. Afterward, the hawker would ship the merchandise and notify the buyer.
Wait until you receive the payment until that time shipping the camera, AND only ship to the address that the buyer registered near PayPal. Don't ship to any other address even if the buyer requested you to do so.
no that is not right ask the buyer to distribute you either a check or postal writ or cash via western alliance.if you send the item back you get the money you will never receive any money.they are trying to con you and the buyer should pay for the postage not you.stand speedily and tell the buyer lolly first or no deal ,trust me i enjoy been have once.
Does anyone know of a reputable agency to help a person have interest rates reduced on credit cards?
Answers: No. I don't know of any.
I would avoid any of the credit counseling agencies, because they will wreck your credit. Any time you repay less than what you owe, it hurts your credit.
If you are having financial problems, consider filing for bankruptcy. I did it about a year ago and it was the best decision that I ever made.
Good luck.
Call the credit card companies directly, and ask.
If they say no, then transfer the balance off that card and ask them again.
Don't file for bankruptcy that will really destroy your credit. You can call the credit card companies yourself and get them to lower the interest rate.
Go to creditinfocenter.com. They have loads of valuable information to do this plus improve your credit. I have used many ideas and have improved my credit dramatically.
Collection agency representing itself as a canon firm?
Is there any recourse against a collection agency that pass itself off as a decree firm? If a debt has already be turned over to the courts, can a collection agency still legally collect that debt, and will it whip care of the court defence?Answers: how did they 'pretend to be the law firm'.? I would bet that they own one lawyer on staff to gross it legal. But who know.the money that you would spend to investigate it would probably be way smaller number than what you owe and even if you did find out that they were NOT lawyer.it would NOT negate your debt! YOU WOULD STILL OWE THE MONEY!
So why bother!
So sorry about the lies that these relations are telling you to trick you into recompense. I suppose that they have found that inhabitants are more willing to respond to attorneys and thier ilk
THEY CAN'T DO THAT!
That's harrassment. If the courts hold it, the agency should not be contacting you! tha bastards!!
Is there any recourse against a collection agency that pass itself off as a ruling firm?
Law firms often work to collect debts.
If a debt has already be turned over to the courts, can a collection agency still legally collect that debt, and will it lift care of the court crust?
Yes, they can legally collect the debt, and it depends on the crust.
Lots of business law firms also serve as collection agencies but own attorneys on staff who specialize in debt suits.
When something have gone to court and you have a judgement pace in your christen the agency may still continue to phone call for the debt and may also restrain your bank, your paycheck or place a lien on your property.
Always best to clear up your debt formerly it gets to this point.
For the sake of conversation, I will assume that you enjoy completely satisfied yourself that this outfit is ONLY a collection agency, and is not staffed by bona fide lawyer who specialize in collections, OR is not a collection agency i.e. owned by a law practice...contained by other words, they are a "wolf in wolves clothing", to see. It is illegal to practice statute without a license...length. Whether it is you and I, or an entire company. It is also illegal for a collection agency to use forms that are designed to resemble legitimate government documents (such as the antediluvian trick of putting bills in envelopes that are made to look approaching Social Security or Tax refund checks.). For more information, do a G00GLE scrabble for FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). You'll find that the typical Collection Agency is doing lots of illegal stuff...it's surrounded by their genes, I guess.
By the way, speaking of lawyer, do you happen to know how you can inform when a lawyer is really, really cold when he's standing outside? If he have his hands within HIS OWN pockets, he's cold.
