BT default on monthly money plan and placed full Bill on D/D and incurred Charges x2 on my BS A/C.-£60?

This is my third entry in this BT Complaint...and l thank those who hold responded with comments/advice. The situation become worse with BT...but presently finally seems to enjoy been resolved(well..l hope so!) BT broke the unproved monthly plan agreement ..for lb67.40 and presented full Bill for lb233 and incurred BS charge ..lb30.they-BT-promised not to re-present and l wrote the BS cancelling the D/D surrounded by case they did represent.Of course.. one BT..and a monolith..they did..breaking their word again...and incurring a further lb30 charge. l had compensated the monthly payment..lb67.40 at the POffice as they did not collect on the agreed date...they afterwards deducted that sum and presented again..wrong integer.lb188.76..it should have be lb165.60. l spoke with BT and they apologised and enjoy made a new monthly A//C for lb57 per month...and said the BS have to send contained by the Indemnity cover form to BT directly..and BT will pay the BS(Nwide) directly..l havetold BS l AM NOT paying these charges ..lb60..BT is.


Answers: If BT are at show disapproval like you say aloud, they should repay any charges you have incurred. Speak to them again. If not nearby is an organisation that deals next to complaints regarding phone companies. Unfortunately, I can't remember the cross, but when you speak to BT ask them for the name of the organisation. They will know who they are, and if they articulate they don't, their lying.

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you can ask the credit bureaus:

2.Creditors—Write or call adjectives of your creditors immediately if your information have been used fraudulently. Carefully monitor your credit card statements for evidence of fraudulent activity and report it without beating about the bush to creditors.

Creditors may ask you to fill out and notarize fraud affidavits, however the statute does not require that a notarized affidavit be provided to creditors. A written statement and supporting documentation should be sufficient.



3.Law Enforcement—Report the identity fraud crime to the decree enforcement agency with jurisdiction within your case. Give them as much documented evidence as possible. Ask for a copy of your police report. Keep the receiver number of the fraud investigator handy because creditors may require you to submit a copy of the report in direct to verify the crime.

How to Stop Further Identity Theft and Fraud
Banks/Financial Institutions—If your checks are stolen or bank accounts are set up fraudulently surrounded by your name, report the fraudulent hustle and bustle to the check verification companies (see the call a halt of this brochure for names and mobile numbers).
