OK ill try and label this short... I went to this electronics store and put down $400 for a big peak tv to be put on hold I was made to sign a serious newspaper stating that if I dont come up with the rest of the money (about $1,600) consequently they can no longer hold the tv nor give me hindmost my $400. Well I live in California and run into financial problems and cant pay the rest but I be told by numerous people that they cant do that and since I didnt transport the tv out of the store im entitled to my deposit. I guess they felt impossible for me and decided to bequeath me this really old camcorder that I really didnt want or want. so whos right?Answers: The person above me is right, they are screw you, however, you signed a paper. That be where the mistake be. You can take them to small claims court adjectives you want, however there is such a article called a non-refundable deposit, which is what you are within. When you go to small claims court, and they show that you signed that tabloid, then it is legitimately binding.
